Joe was very thorough and allowed me to shadow him the entire time and pointed out any issues he found. Took about 5+ hours. Well worth the money with the issues he found in a home that is only 10 years old. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a play-by-play hands-on inspection experience. His report is also very detailed with clear high resolution images showing each issue.

His report was thorough, with ample color photo documentation and references to local codes or suggestions for remediation, where necessary. He also made himself available for questions that came up during negotiations. Joe was instrumental in our making an informed decision to buy our new home with a realistic understanding of what we were taking on. We'll definitely call him again when we do major work or buy our next house.
