STACHNIKS AUTOMATIC HEATING

He is a small operation. He is very accommodating. I had a leak once that was dripping onto my furnace. I called John and he came out right away to inspect it. I later called a plumber to fix the leak. While they were fixing the leak more water dripped onto the furnace. John came out again with no problems. I have been using his services for years. He also does work for my daughter. If I every need anything, he comes out right away. He is very responsive.

First heat wave of the year and the A/C was anemic at best. Called several places, all completely booked, some were downright rude. My neighbor gave me this place to call. Stachnik's was polite and understanding. Just a few adjustments and we were up and running again, cool as cucumbers. Just to be thorough he checked the furnace and recommended a different filter, which helped a great deal. No hard sell, honest, polite, a good guy to deal with.

He cleaned up and came over when he said he would. He has called and done some check-ups and he is well known out here. He was recommended to me by my neighbors. He let me chose what I wanted and gave me some options.
