+ 0 moreFlooring was laid and completed. Called Michael DeBosz, P & M Tile owner, to request repair work on flooring. Several calls and instant messaging over six weeks yielded no response from Mr. DeBosz. Customer service on the part of the owner, Michael DeBosz, resulted in a failure rating. Living in a 96 floor high rise will result in negative recommendations for anyone seeking this service.
