"To be clear, I did not even make it to the quoting of my fence with this company since their customer service rep. Claudia was so rude. I tried to set up an appointment online, which was not working properly so I reached out through the contact us. Although the note states to email, Claudia called. Ok. I went over everything I wanted and needed with her. She asked if I had my plot of survey, I did not that was taken care of by the last fencing company in 2016. She called the village of South Elgin and confirmed the size of the fence and everything. However, when I spoke with her, she would request the plot of survey if they needed it. She emailed me back with the information about the fencing and that the survey was needed. I responded that she received it, correct? She didn't answer, so I followed up with her two days later and she said it was now up to the owner to receive a copy of the survey plot. If it is this difficult to deal with their customer service just to get a quote, I cannot imagine their services would be any better. She refused to set up a quote until I then went back to get the survey of plot."

"I recently had a family room repainted by J&J Decorating. This included ceiling, walls & trim .. including a french door. One wall and a ceiling area had a problem from built up candle soot. The project also included removing an old can light & patching the hole. J&J Decoraring did an excellent job, in a timely fashion, for a reasonable price. "We hired Woodmaster to fix damage to our cedar wood fence, including a slat, post, and several crossbeams. Woodmaster only replaced the parts that really needed repair, rather than insisting on replacing the entire section, which saved us money. They also didn't have a high minimum fee like some companies. They used straight, good quality cedar wood and matched the shape and design of the existing fence. We're happy with the result!"

About a week before our appointment there were new restrictions due to Coronavirus, so we called Aztec to confirm they were still meeting us the following Monday. Well, Monday came and we waited and waited. Finally called Aztec, and they told us they had no record of any appointments in our city. Very frustrating, because we came from out of town to make this appointment, and our neighbor also cleared his calendar so we could all meet. Since this is the way Aztec handles (or doesn't handle!) appointments, I can't imagine how well they would handle the actual job."
