They were over an hour late, but did call to make sure I knew they would be late. It took a few attempts to schedule the appt but not too bad in terms of responsiveness. Work was performed without any problems.

Purchased carpet cleaning service and then went on vacation. I did not hear from the provider until I contacted him to set up an appointment. I talked to Andrew and scheduled an appointment for 8/17/13. Andrew stated he would call me the day of the appointment to confirm his arrival within a two hour window. He never showed up or called. I tried calling him several times the day of and after the scheduled appointment day. I received ZERO response to my calls.

The customer service from this company has been terrible. I have not felt so disrespected by a company like this in a long time. At first, this sounded like a good deal from Angie's List - but that soon changed. I purchased the deal on July 16, 2013 and contacted Andrew to set the first appointment on August 1st. I had not heard from the company for over 2 weeks even though the response I received in my Angie's List email was the company would contact me within 2 business days - which should have been by July 18th. We agreed (through e-mail) on a cleaning date of August 15th. Both my husband and I work full time and have to arrange our schedules well in advance to be home for the cleaning, so when I received an Angie's List email from Andrew at 6:00 pm on August 14th asking to reschedule, I was surprised I did not receive a phone call. Andrew asked in his email, "Is there anyway we can move this job to the 22nd 9-11. We have some tech's that are on vacation and we are backed up tomorrow until next week. Let me know if this works. Sorry about the last minute." I replied at 4:30 AM on August 15th ( when I first saw and read the email) and accommodated his request and asked him in one of my emails what needs to be done prior to his crew coming to clean. No response. No call. No email. Nothing. My husband was traveling, so, my sister and I moved all of the furniture in the rooms to be cleaned and waited for Routine Carpet Solutions to come perform the services for which I'd already paid in full. . I was ready for them to clean the carpets and waited...and waited...and waited from 9-11:00 am on August 22nd for this company to arrive at my home. (I had given explicit directions to my home, my email, my phone number) I had not heard a word from Andrew or any representative by 11:30 am, so I called them directly and had to leave a voicemail requesting a call back. (Nobody answered the phone). I didn't know if they got lost - if they were delayed - I had no idea what was happening. I also followed up in Angie's List email since that seemed to be Andrew's preferred method of communicating. By 1:00 pm, I still had no heard a word from Routine Cleaning Solutions. So, we arranged for ServPro to come and clean them because moving all of our furniture back into the rooms - only to move it all again for a reschedule (which I was confident was not going to happen with RSS) was far too much work. ServPro came and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my carpets. It is now 5:00 pm on August 27th and I have STILL not heard from Andrew or a representative from RSS. I left a message for Andrew informing him that I was completely dissatisfied, did not want to reschedule, and would like a refund in full. I have disputed this $119 "deal" with my credit card. I understand things happen in life. I get that things come up that are unexpected. But I expect to be informed and communicated to - ESPECIALLY as a customer who has PAID IN FULL for services a company commits to performing. I would not - and do not - recommend this company to anyone. If Andrew had made ANY attempt to call me or reach out to me to apologize for this incredible inconvenience and failing customer service, this review would not be an "F".

They were very professional, very knowledgeable about what they were doing and advised us about what they were doing for us and what we could do in the future. They're very personable, they obviously knew what they were doing and they communicated it to us so it was a really great experience.

I didn't actually end up going forward with the project, but he was very pleasant on the phone. It just won't work out at this time.

Andrew was on time, thorough, pre-treated areas, great job, carpets look great.

Andrew was prompt, friendly & extremely efficient. I was afraid my dryer needs service but thought I would have vent cleaned fast (over).

Called the office on Tuesday to find out more information on getting my deck cleaned I have used Routine Cleaning Solutions multiple times and they always came threw. Andrew came out on Friday morning gave me a great price and power washed deck. He then went over couple different options on what I can do with it to protect it. Staining or Sealing. I ended up having it sealed because I really like the natural look. Great job again! You definitely need to give them a try. No Complaints!

Andrew came out to clean our dryer vent. He arrived on time & was very friendly. After showing him where the dryer & outside vent were located. He got to work quickly. He left the work areas clean & tidy. Afterwards he offered to show me exactly what he cleaned & gave some great tips on dryer vent maintenance. After this great experience, we booked an air duct cleaning before he left. Highly recommend Routine Cleaning Solutions.

Great work as always. The tech showed up, did a walk through and gave me a great price. Very thorough job! Will be calling soon for all the windows and possible power washing.

Andrew had booked the appointment on Sat. and had called me the night before to confirm. He did a inspection of the system and after proceeded to start working. He also had mentioned that he would do a free room of carpeting which was my basement for calling me back so soon. This saved me a good 60 bucks. He also threw in a sanitizer at almost nothing. Great service, great work, will call again.

Andrew from routine had come at about 1015 am. He gave me a window of 10-12 so that was perfect. He did a quick inspection of the basement and gave me a couple of options. I went with the clean, pre-treat, and sanitizer. The carpet smelled because of some water damage so I opted for the sanitizer. The clean took about 45 min and all the spots came out great. The smell was gone and I was completely satisfied with the results. He took down my email address and mentioned that he sends out coupons every couple of months. I will be calling him back very soon to do a couple rooms and some area rugs.

Andrew from Routine Cleaning Solutions had arrived around 11am to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning. He first did a quick walk threw and went over all the possible options I had. I was happy that he was very upfront and honest as a lot of previous experienced had me questioning the service people in my house. He then cleaned my sofa and chair, which looked brand new "just like I had bought it". It was 5 years old. WOW! He protected it with scotch guard which he explained was a fabric protector. He then proceeded to clean 3 small rooms of carpet which haven't been cleaned in about 3 years. I was amazed at how easy and quick he got all the stains out. After seeing the finished product I opted to receive the protector on all the carpet also. He even did 1 room at no charge. He was very professional and courteous. I plan on calling Routine Cleaning back in the next couple of weeks to do my Air Ducts. They have never been done before and he gave me a Free Estimate. Overall the best experience I have had with any Service Company. All there work is from there employees, no sub contractors like almost every other company I have used. Also there referral program is one of the best. I plan on telling my friends and family about Routine Cleaning Solutions.
