BAD - they never showed up!
Description of Work: I called on 11/18/2009 and scheduled an appointment for the next day to rod a sewer for tree roots - there is sewage backing up in the basement- My tenant took off work and sat and waited for them to show up. They never did. I repeatedly called the company and it went to V.M. every time. Here we are 3 hours later and they still haven't shown up or called.

We have used them before and they did a good job this time as well. I like that they clean up after themselves pretty good. I still have to clean a little but at least they make an attempt which is nice.
Description of Work: I had them do a bypass on our water heater and replace a faucet in the kitchen.
