Description of Work: It happened. As we knew, we had to replace water heater, but we weren't ready yet. Wednesday morning I came down to basement and the the water heater was leaking. Of course, New Age Improvement & Development is the only company I would use, so I called them. Peter showed up around noon with new water heater and all materials he needed. He had to disamble return duct from the furnace, because it was to tight for the waters heaters to get throught. He also installed expansion tank to extend live of water heater. We're very happy with job he did. :-)

Description of Work: On this hot Monday I turned on my air conditioner, but it didn't start. I called Peter at New age Improvement & Development. He showed up in few hours and diagnosed the problem. The compressor burnt out and we had to replace the compressor or the whole unit outside. He explained to us that the new unit comes with 10 years warranty and compressor only with 1 year. The price difference wasn't much, so we decided to go with the new unit. He told us about efficiency of the unit and how much we can save!! Water heater is waiting to be replace and he will do it !!!!
