Everything went extremely well. My wife and I had general concepts of what we wanted, but limited knowledge of what plants and designs were even options. Adam came out to our house and talked through our vague ideas with us. Adam came up with a concept and shared it with us. We really liked everything he came up with design wise, but wanted to discuss a couple of alternate options here and there. Adam once again came out to our house and walked the yard with us to discuss everything and explain the pros and cons of various options. Adam then created a final plan that we loved. Once we signed on the dotted line, Adam was very communicative about timelines related to material purchasing and installs. The actual install took a total of 2 days. The entire crew seemed to be professional and skilled at their jobs. All plant placement was decided with precision factoring in spacing, sun light, water drainage, and other factors. The workers were extremely careful when digging by hand near utility lines and other sensitive areas. All in all, the experience was great. Design wise, we got the advice and knowledge we needed. Installation wise, the work is top notch. We love looking at all the new flowers and foliage in our yard. We regularly have neighbors and strangers complimenting us on our yard and asking us about our plants. We are very happy with the work Reithel did and we will surely use them again for future projects.

It was exceptional work. I have a very long steep driveway which makes it very dangerous covered in ice and snow. Adam made sure it was safe for me and my family every morning and evening. He was very easy to get a hold of at all times. I never had to worry about clearing anything because I knew it would be done. I would recommend Adam for snow removal to anyone.

Snow removal was always on time and even came to me a number of times if I got stuck in my driveway or needed help with the snow. I have had Adam do my snow removal for 4 years now and I'm so satisfied with his work I couldn't imagine anyone else doing a better job. He always makes sure my sidewalk was clear for me as well. I live on a very steep hill, it's very dangerous covered in ice. But Adam never let us down with making it safe for us. He has even come to my house a couple of times in one night to ensure our safety. I would recommend him to anyone.

From the very start of calling for an estimate they were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Adam came to our home to get the measurements and was there exactly when the appointment had been set for. We had the estimate within a day and he was very helpful with answering questionings and streamlining our request for services. Once we decided on what we were going to do, they scheduled the work and kept us informed. The work was done and it is was done efficiently and beautifully.
