+ 0 moreIt was excellent. Their service was fantastic. We went in and picked out what we wanted. They came to our home to make sure our measurement were correct and they came back to do the install within a week.
Description of Work: They did tile floors and carpet. They also did custom runners for the hallway.

Description of Work: We contacted Susman for a flooring estimate. First off, the estimator arrived over an hour late indicating she'd been held up with another customer in the store. We had asked the estimator to bring prefinished wood flooring samples so that we could try to find something that coordinated with existing flooring in the home. The estimator showed up with 1 sample and told us we'd have to visit the store to view more samples. Exactly how she thought I'd be able to bring my installed floor with me to match in-store finishes is beyond me. The estimator called a few days later with the quote and we asked her to email it to us since there were many different parts to the estimate (carpet removal, install prefinished hardwood in some areas and new carpeting in others). She became quite flustered about us requesting an email and told us she'd have to find someone else in the office who knew how to email. We eventually did receive an email from some other random person in the store. After reviewing we had additional questions so we called the store. After leaving 3 messages for the estimator, we moved on with another provider. The entire experience was way too frustrating and time consuming.

+ -1 moreSomeone was out to give me an estimate within 24 hrs of asking, they came on a Sunday too. Installers were very accommodating to my needs, I was worried my dogs would bother them, but they didn't complain. They cleaned, picked up, moved things, professional, pleasant and their work was outstanding. I had one minor problem and they responded within a couple of hours to fix it. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They also carry carpeting and when I am ready for that job, I will call them to do it as well.
