Laura did a great job today. Really tackled some dirty jobs in the kitchen (cleaning microwave filter, cleaning air duct, cleaned top of fridge etc). My apartment looks really nice and clean

It went Great!! They did exactly what I wanted!!!! I will be using them from now on, my previous cleaning service McMaid charges way too much & doesn't work with you to solve a problem.Laura is wonderful!!! She's friendly, knowledgeable & will work with you. Price is reasonable & not overpriced!!! I am more happy with Prime Cleaning than I ever was with McMaid. Kudos to Laura & her team!!!!!'n

The experience was absolutely wonderful. She came on time with her team and they just dived right in. It was such a relief that I had one less thing to worry about. My house was clean and she managed to get stains out of my sink. I will definitely be using her services again! Thank you.

The master bath and oven were spotless after Prime Cleaning came in and worked their magic! The two women Nadia and Francis were very detailed and worked efficiently. The 2hr appointment accomplished what I had requested in addition to a clean guest bath and vacuumed floors in our 2nd floor carpeted area. Excellent service from a scheduling through the end of the appointment! Def recommend!

I was very happy with the services and communication with Prime Cleaning! The scheduling was done over text and it was efficient. They sent 2 people who wore masks to accommodate my request since I have a baby. I requested for a deep clean of 1 master bath, 1 kitchen oven, and standard cleaning of 1 guest bath. I was very happy with the results, all the areas were spotless and with the 2hr appointment they were also able to light vacuum our floors / carpet small areas. The two women Nadia and Francis who came in were very pleasant, detailed and accommodating. I def recommend!

2 people for 2.5 hours for medium size bungalow - they did a great job. Very thorough.

it was agreed 2 workers arrive 12-1pm at rate: first three hours $175 (had an angie coupon) and $70 every hour after to clean 4 bdrm 3 bath & 2 1/2 bath house. Two lovely ladies arrived at 1pm and at 4:30pm they had no finished the second floor. I called and 3 more workers were sent out to finish the job. I did not know that I would be charged for additional workers. They finished the upstairs and main floor and ONLY the bathroom and refrigerator in the lower level around 7:30pm. They did not honor the $175 for first 3 hours - said it was $195 and charged me $861.00. They get a fair rating as while they did clean well for an all over get the first layer of dirt off (this was not a deep clean) and did clean bathrooms well, it was the price that was not only shocking to me but would cause me not to rehire. Also they scratched the kitchen hardwood floor when they moved the refrigerator to clean - they said they did not do it however the scratch was not there before they arrived. I have a quote of $125 to repair the floor.

Laura did a wonderful job cleaning our rental property after tenants moved out. The house looks great and the kitchen is sparkling. It was a big job, but she did not rush through it even though she was working alone.

Prime Cleaning is amazing! We had another company do a deep clean a few months earlier and this experience was so much different. It was easy to communicate (via text) and pay (several options). The clean cost more than the other company, but was sooooo much higher quality. Everything was sparkling and they cleaned things that I am not sure have ever been cleaned. I am hoping to get on their schedule for regular cleans. Thank you for the great experience!

They were very professional, communicative, and friendly. The thing that surprised me the most was they cleaned the ceiling in my master bath. I will admit it's gross and I ignore it because we are about to remodel. They took the time and energy to see that detail and clean it. I am so impressed.

It went excellent. Laura is amazing. She did an excellent job. She went the extra mile and paid such attention to every single little detail. Best housecleaning I have ever had. I would not hesitate to hire her again and plan to contact her in the near future.

Laura and her husband were fantastic! They do an excellent job and are hard and efficient workers. The place my fiance and I moved into was disgusting; the previous owners did not clean or take care of the property. Laura and her husband had it sparkling in just 2 visits! We can finally enter the property without feeling gross because of their work and we are very grateful

Laura and her team came and deep cleaned my home and had it sparkling. The next time she came she gave my mom's house across the street a deep clean and did a regular bi-weekly clean for me and we are both VERY satisfied with her work. We will definitely be having Laura clean both of our homes on a regular basis.

Amazing house cleaning job!! We always have a full house between our three teenaged boys, their friends, family, and our German Shepherd. Our house looks and smells amazing - the hard water stains in my bathroom are completely gone! Excellent work, friendly service, great attention to detail - I scheduled my next regular cleaning immediately!
