Lot's of promises, lot's of no-shows. Shoddy work. Needed to finish the job myself. Claimed toilet mechanism was defective, but turns out just an adjustment needed (did it myself). Left the bathroom full of greasy footprints, fingerprints and other detritus . Seems to think calk covers all sins.Stay away!

Phil arrived for the estimate on time and provided me with a written proposal within three days. He checked with the village to see if a permit was needed and to verify the exact material they expected to be used as per the pipe spec. He arrived on time the day of the installation and completed the job exactly as promised. He even discounted it buy the price of the permit when he found out that a permit wasn't required. He did exactly what I asked him to do in the time frame that I asked for and within a price range that I found acceptable.

He is professional and prompt.

All right. Drains are working better. We did have to clean up some debris in the tubs after Phil left. Price was higher due to rodding needed. We will probably try a different plumber next time due to price.

Phil was prompt, polite and professional. Since we have a finished lower level in our home we are very conscientious about maintaining our sump pumps. It was time to replace the battery on our back-up sump pump and we wanted the sump pumps and sump pump line checked before winter. Phil previously installed our back-up sump pump and we have used him for various plumbing needs over the years. We will use Phil again.

Phil came out the very next day after I called him. He was very professional and did a thorough assessment of the problem. He arrived on time and was able to get everything working again. I think his prices are probably competitive with others. I think he did an overall good job!
