The service was fine. They got rid of the flies. They did work for me for years now and They did a good job.

Don was great. Called him one day and he was able to come out the next. Turns out the ant was not a concern but Don sprayed the area just to be sure. He sprayed some ant hills in my grass that I asked him about as well. When he was checking on potential mouse points of entry he found a large bee nest above my basement drop ceiling. It was not in use and I do not know how it got there or how long it had been there but he took care of the removal and disposal of it. Having completed what I needed done, he offered to come back and begin caulking up any potential entry points. I plan to have him do that. Don was very friendly and did a fair amount of work for what I felt was a very fair price. I will look to use him in the future for any pest control needs I have.

Don Luker was easy to get a hold of and he came the next day. He spent some time assessing the issue and took the time to show me what the problem was. He did one application of ant killer and came back three days later. He told me that if I saw any more ants there in the next month to contact him and he would come back free of charge. I really appreciated Don's willingness to fit me into his schedule right away and the way he was wiling to explain everything. Two months later, the ants have stayed away and I've already called Don Luker again for a wasp problem.

Don came out within 2 days of my call; perfect that the room would be protected for our guests. We've used Don's services before and we will definitely call him again come fall. He remembered us from the first time we contacted him in the FALL 2016. That goes to show Don's professionalism and how he handles his company and clients.

Excellent! Don saved my Rib Fest! After opening my shed to get out the smoker took cook ribs for dinner, I discovered a massive (Over 4’ tall) wasp nest inside! Called Don at 11am on a Sunday morning, and he was at my house by noon! Don took care of the wasps, retrieved my smoker, and saved the day. Very prompt and professional! Thank you Don!

Don came within the hour to take care of the bees. He quickly assessed the problem and did what was needed to get rid of the bees. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He even said he would come back when all the bees were gone to caulk to prevent future problems.

Called and spoke to individual on Friday morning. Very nice and friendly. He said that he could not come early but could be at the house about 10:30 on Saturday the 29th. Exchanged address and phone number and described problem. Noted it would be about $150.00. I was home on Saturday and by 11:00AM I had not heard anything. I called the number from yesterday in Angie's List and also on their website but no answer. Left a message on both lines but have not heard anything back. Unfortunately we have other plans and cannot wait any longer. I would have kept calling others if they would not be able to make it. they should have at least called to advise running behind or not able to come.

It was a very wonderful experience. Don was professional, personable, and friendly. Very nice man and if I have any needs for pest/but control in the future... we will definitely be reaching out to him.

We called Don today and he was at our house to address the issue within 45 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with how responsive he was and how effectively he resolved the issue. We are a repeat customer of his service and we strongly recommend him.

He sent a great deal of time removing the wasp nest thoroughly. He took great care to ensure the screen for the vent was in place and reinforced. He distributed a lot of bait and came back a couple weeks later to check on the bait and to caulk every crack in the basement. He was amazingly diligent and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an exterminator, no questions.

Don is extremely thorough. He spent over 90 minutes to cover all possible entry points from the basement, the main level, upstairs, and even the attic. He also guarantees his work for 3 months. So when we saw some ants return recently after 2+ months, Don returned and spent another 45 minutes re-applying treatments at no charge. He is extremely friendly and happy to discuss any details of what he is doing.

It went very well. He came over that very day and fixed the issue. He sprayed under the drywall and then caulked the areas.

Don is great! He's super nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and on time. He treated our floors for ants. And he also treated the unfinished part of our basement too. While here, we also had him spray for spiders. We will be using Once Upon A Bug year round for our exterminator needs! Excellent company!

Don came out on short notice during the weekend to inspect what looked like fresh termite damage, but turned out to be a false alarm. He was honest, prompt, professional and personable - all the things you would want from a top service provider. We will definitely use his services again.

Don came to our house the next morning after I contacted him. We had been seeing a lot of spiders in our house recently and after encountering a large one I decided I'd had enough and made the call. Don was very nice and said he'd be out the next morning, I think we agreed on 10am. My husband met him the next day and told Don what we had been experiencing. Don sprayed inside the house and found 3 spider nests!!! In our library/living room there were 2 above the picture window and 1 in the hallway near the kitchen. Don showed my husband where spiders like to build their nests and what they look like. Don finished up by spraying around the exterior of the house. He even sealed up some areas of concern. We will definitely have him back next year before the box elder bugs can get going. We really liked that the treatment was safe for us, our pets and didn't leave a smell. We also like that we don't have to sign a service contract to get a decent price. Don was very nice and extremely professional.

I called Once Upon A Bug first thing in the morning and Don was at our house by 4pm that day. He treated the area where the carpenter ants were, and did a preventative treatment outside, including a barrier around our wooden victorian house and dousing a couple of the trees. All in all excellent response, service and professional attitude. Wonderful. I will definitely use Don again if we should need any further pest control.

His overall service were A it's just his price that I had a problem with. He did really good, they never came back. He did say I could call if they did, He did a good job. I guess the reality was it was a pretty big wasps' nest but I mean it didn't require anything more than probably just more of the spray than usual because it was a bigger wasp nest but it didn't take him very long he probably was done in 15 minutes.

They came out to house the same day I called and went around the entire house to be sure he found all nests.

I had an ant infestation that I could no longer control myself. I called Don, and he came over immediately! Seriously, he was here within 15 minutes! I explained my problem and begotten right to work. He spent about an hour and a half at my home, treating first the kitchen (main infestation area), then the doors, basement, and bathrooms. He then went outside to seek out the colonies so he could spray them. He told me it would take two weeks or so, but I already am ant free, and at least one of the colonies is completely dead. I will be calling Don again for routine preventative measures as well as for any new issues that may arise.

He came out the same day and was extremely thorough.
