This company does NOT stand behind their word!!! They make verbal agreements & promises and break them due to personal issues surrounding the owner. I would NOT NOT NOT recommend that you use their services. There are better Masonry Contractors out there that offer more competitive pricing and have better labor than what was done at my house. Paver bricks are starting to buckle, others are sagging.......Tim the owner DOES NOT RUN A QUALITY BUSINESS. He lets personal issues dictate his schedule and quality of work. Makes threats when you confront him about the quality of the work. I have been pestering him to come remove 3 BRICKS from around my ComEd meter so they can upgrade it...due to personal issues, the owner (Tim) refused to honor his verbal agreement to make any repairs if needed for the life of the patio (or however long we owned the house) AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

Tim was referred to us by our roofer, and we decided to go with him. He told us what was needed to get the job done correctly. It was not the news that we wanted to hear. Other people just wanted to replace a few of the bricks, but he felt that that was just a patch job. He warned us that he would not know how much work needed to be done until he started the job. He did not charge us more for the extra work that he needed to do. The job was finished in a timely manner. The yard was also left clean.
Description of Work: replaced old chimney and fixed the other one.

All went well. Minor problems with communicating when they would return -- "I'll be back tomorrow" and not returning for several days due to other commitments and hot humid weather. Nice people to work with. More than willing to explain what needed to be done, how they were doing it. Willing to explain to a "nosy homeowner" (me) whatever I asked.
Description of Work: "Wash chimney and replace concrete chimney crown. Grind mortar joints and tuckpoint 100% down to grade level." Remove damaged cap. Replace with new "pest rain cap."
