Classic Cleaning did an exceptional job. The owner is prompt with responding and was a pleasure to meet. I was hesitant to hire from this site, as it's my first experience, but the reviews are accurate. I would highly recommend this company.

They really did not do a great job. They just were not very thorough. The thing that really got me, I have a brand new sink in my kitchen that is stainless steel. I told the owner of the company when she came out to give me an estimate that I didn't want anyone touching my sink. It's just one of those things. I'll clean it myself. Believe it or not the first time they came they cleaned my sink with the back of a scrubby sponge and scratched it up. I was upset. To be fair the owner did come out and tried to fix it which only made it worst. She then found a company that repair sinks like that but there was just too much damage and they couldn't repair it. She said well, we could replace the sink. It wasn't that the sink was so expensive. The way that it's mounted under the granite you have to take the counter top off. It would be very difficult. We have a brand new kitchen and we didn't want to take the chance of something else happening. So I kept them on and someone did it again. Another girl came in. I was out of town. My mom was here and she stopped her before it went too far. I don't think it's the workers fault. I think that the woman should have told them. The first woman that did it felt really bad. I know she did. She didn't speak English. But she asked the owner, 'how am I suppose to clean it?" I said, Don't. So now my sink is ruined but I'm living with it.

Have been a customer of Classic Cleaning for over 8 months. Always happy with the cleaning done zto my home. Great responsive text messages from Petra with a flexible schedule when son home from college. Reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend with confidence.

Fantastic! It is so wonderful to come home after a long week at the office to a shining home. Even the furniture gets vacuumed and there are often small additional gestures (like tissue boxes made to look like blooming flowers) that give the service that little something 'extra'. Payment is super easy (and affordable). The owner is upfront about the cost of business and I'm happy to do my part in paying a fair share for fair work. I also prefer supporting local small business owners working to empower their employees. Remember - each dollar spent locally puts that much more back into your area's economy.

In reality, each week different girls cams, not always knowing where my supplies were kept. NEVER did I see a girl cleaning my floors on hands and knees, rather using a mop or even sometimes a rag on a stick essentially pushing diet around. Lee in mind I have four kids and two dogs. The team would arrive often after my kids came home from school despite repeated promises to arrive in the mornings and I would get excused like "our car broke down" or "so and so was sick" week after week. I understand that things happen, but regularly making excuses and promising one thing and delivering another is not acceptable. I gave Petra several months to correct the problems, providing regular feedback and even having her come over to see the performance of her team after a cleaning, but it never improved. I finally let her go. Fortunately I have since found an excellent person to clean, but only after experiencing this frustration for months on end.

Petra and her team deep cleaned our house last week, and so far I've been very pleased. Our bathrooms sparkle again, the floors no longer have dog hair everywhere, and our kitchen appliances look polished. Best of all, our house simply looks and feels substantially cleaner. With two little ones at home, trying to coordinate a cleaning service around their nap schedules is no easy task. But Petra has been accommodating and understanding. Her price is also very competitive. One difference, that I personally appreciate, is that Petra and her crew use my cleaning supplies and vacuum. She supplies the rags. This way I know exactly which cleaning products are used and dirty rags don't go from house to house. Hopefully, it makes life easier for the cleaning crew too. Highly recommend Classic Cleaning. Petra and her team are extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. I'm looking forward to their next visit.

From the time Petra came to give me an estimate on cleaning, the actual cleaning, and answering some follow up questions I had, I have felt comfortable with her company. Petra came over to our apartment to individually price out the deep clean. She did a great job making sure she knew what we wanted. She was very professional and explained in detail everything. We set up our deep clean for the next week. They did a great job. They really paid attention to detail and it was much appreciated. I was a little nervous about my cats, but Petra and her team made sure I was comfortable and that they were experienced with having animals home while they cleaned. Classic Cleaning is awesome! They are professional, nice and provide great cleaning services. My favorite part is that they clean wood floors by hand. They do such a great job you have to be careful not to slip in your socks. The owner, Petra is the best. She cares about the quality of the work as well as her employees and customers. She is very professional and genuinely a great person. I would (and do) recommend this service to everyone!

Today was my first clean with Classic Cleaning. WOOHOO !!! what a perfect surprise when I came home from work today. My house has never been so clean. I was so hesitant to hire a cleaning service, but my husband insisted in giving Petra a call, who came highly recommended from a couple of neighbors. It is true, while we were always cleaning the house on the weekends, our neighbors had time to spend with their families. So we decided to call Petra, who was so detailed and patient in explaining to us, on how her crew would systematically clean our home. We felt so comfortable with her and the price was really good. They even change linens and hand-wash most of the floors. We set an appointment for the first deep clean, which was today. I came home today and am completely surprised. My home sparkles. It’s clean everywhere. It smells fresh. From baseboards, to cabinets, to doors & windows. Everything is clean. I didn’t wait for Petra to call me; I called her myself and am so grateful for all of her help. My neighbors were right; the time I can spend with my family this weekend is priceless. Petra and her crew is worth every penny.

Called Petra to clean home prior to listing for sale. They did such a fine job we hired them for regular cleaning. They are very professional, attentive to detail, they have always done an amazing job... Petra is very proud of her company and employees and she should be! I was impressed by the professionalism of Petra on our first visit. She spent time explaining her business and philosphy to me. I scheduled a deep cleaning for our first visit for $200. Three ladies did a wonderful job and I was very satisified. On their next visit, there were a couple of issues that I called to Petra's attention. She took care of those and the next cleaning went very well. I appreciated the fact that Petra paid attention to my concerns even though they may have been minor. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

A visit to my house was scheduled to give an estimate. The estimate came in higher than I've paid for professional cleaning in the past. The initial cleaning was scheduled for an afternoon and the crew arrived 3 hours early. It took me by surprise but I had them start, since I didn't want to have to reschedule. I called the owner on the phone to advise that they arrived really early. I also called to confirm the price of the first cleaning (a deep cleaning) with the Angie's list discount listed on the website 25% off of a "deep cleaning". The cleaning crew did a very good job, no complaints there. I received a call from the owner, a few days after the cleaning. In her message she stated that I had not paid enough for the deep cleaning, that their version of a deep clean for my (3 bedroom, small ranch style house) would cost over $200 and I had only paid for the 5 hr clean (which by the way she also called a "deep" clean during the initial consult. This added to the communication issues I had already experienced. When I called back to get the cost issue clarified I had to leave a message, my call was not returned. I called and left a message a second time and it was not returned. When we finally connected to discuss the pricing, I advised her that the Angie's list discount says 25% off of a deep cleaning and she called the 5 hr cleaning a deep cleaning. At no time was the >$200 "deep cleaning" mentioned to me during the initial consult. The other issue I experienced with this company is the inflexible scheduling. They only do monthly cleanings on a certain day a week. This does not always work, due to my work schedule. There was no flexibility here, this company is definitely not a good fit for me.
