Handled a difficult fit for a water heater, called me quickly and had it fixed the next morning. Amazing!!

We hired them for the wayer heater and they offered a reasonable price initially. We found severalunexpectrd issues while they were replacing it like piping adjustment and sum pump replacement (it did work but we didn't know. we were sooooo lucky to have them at right time.). The also fixed them with a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this company!!

Good work at fair price.

I find it difficult to justify a business charging a person $300 dollars. Like I stated, yes it was a weekend, but they knew that they had me in a corner, and overcharged me. Work was good, and he was professional, but $300 dollars for less than an hour. Afterward, I did more research using the invoice along with what he explained to me, as I spoke with other people who had a similar problem asking for opinions along with a few companies, and I realized that got swindled off.

Carlos was great. The customer service industry is dead, but he did a fantastic job. He came in well under half what everyone else was quoting. He called me at 330, we talked for 5 minutes and I had a new hot water heater by 6pm. Very personable and would recommend him to anyone.

The owner (Carlos) found a broken sewer pipe (using his camera) not far from the downspout. Quoted a price and was there on the day he quoted. Repaired the broken pipe within 3-4 hours and it looks as if he didn't do any digging. I would recommend his company. Plus he is a nice person.
