I'm gradually switching from gas to a mostly electricity-powered home. C.A.B. didn't try to talk me into go with the same old fossil fuel water heater. Other plumbers wanted to take the course of least resistance and just install another gas unit. C.A.B. had the expertise and initiative to take on this complicated, future-looking project. We never run out of hot water!

The response time for my replacement toilet installation was excellent. The whole repair went smooth. The repairer was polite, knowable, and efficient. He double checked possible tricky fixes before he left -- And he cleaned my floor and took my big empty box with him. CAB is in my phone under plumber now. Very happy.

Chris and his team set and met expectations, were on time, and did a great job removing the old tank and installing the new one.

Chris came out for an estimate on a leaking shower that I expected the wall would need to be broken into. His honest evaluation was that the shower door was the culprit. Its great to see companies not quote unnecessary work.

CAB - Carlos is great and very ethical! Fixed by plumbing issues at 50% of the cost that S and J plumbing was asking for. AND MUCH HIGHER QUALITY! Always recommend them

It went great. Chris was everything you would want in a contractor. He was clear with what the problem might be and upfront with a potential cost. He was also courteous and great about communication. We have an older home and ultimately Chris had to do some rodding to clear the floor drain. It was great working with Chris and I would certainly reach out to him again for any future plumbing needs.

Carlos the owner was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate. The next day, I decided to schedule an appt with him and was able to get one for later in the day. Chris arrived exactly on time and proceeded to complete the work in a very professional manner. Price was as quoted, service was prompt and I will definitely hire them again for other plumbing and sewer needs.

Very fast. Came back as the pump was continuously running. He identified there was a blockage (likely from the old pump) that wasn't cleaned out property. Came back next day and fixed. Excellent job for initial job and I deeply appreciate certifying his work and coming back.

CAB came early as requested, did their work very professionally, sorted out 2 additional tasks without charging extra. I will definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs

Carlos is excellent. He is very responsive, professional & reasonably priced. He & Eli installed a new water heater very quickly for us after our old one started leaking. I highly recommend CAB Backflow and would absolutely use them again for other plumbing jobs.
