Description of Work: We called for an estimate for deck repair 9/23-Louis came out same day-we were impressed. Got estimate from him on 9/27. We emailed back and forth with questions and changes for a few days. Last we heard from him was 10/5 saying he was too busy.

 + 1 moreExcellent! Louis is very polite, really listened to what I was saying, offered a few suggestions that actually were better ideas than the ones I had. Very prompt, and the one time he was going to be a little late (15 minutes!) he actually called to let me know, and apologized!
Description of Work: Numerous projects...landscaping, repair crumbling cement, repair parts of wood deck, replaced lawnmower wheels.

 + 9 moreExcellent service. Lou, is terrific at what he does. He can basically fix just about anything. He built us a fence and a wood special needs railing from scratch, changed plumbing, painted, built garage storage, redid floors, redid walls, fixed electrical, fixed sliding doors, installed a back up sump pump, upgraded lighting, installed a bike storage system, etc...etc.... This guy is first rate. I would hire him again in a second. You should hire him soon, before I call him and make him too busy fixing my stuff to take your work. He is the "go to" handyman for me and several people who I know.
Description of Work: Significant Condo Renovation prior to selling. Also, in a separate single family property: major updates, install and repairs.
