I wasn't too happy with him. It was one of the first repairs I had done as a new home owner. I got a voucher for the service. The way he spoke, he didn't seem very professional. I have a feeling that he may have overcharged us. We still had home owners warranty from the previous owner, and so an insurance company was involved.

I took off work to be home for this appointment. Don was suppose to be here at 1:00. At 1:15 i called the manager and asked where he was. at 1:45 i called back very upset because he had not called or shown up for the job. i was told he had left in plenty of time and Andy on Call was not able to reach him because his cell was off. At 2:30 Don left me a message saying he was on his way and would be there by 3:00. He didn't say he was sorry for not being on time and acted like nothing happened. I called Andy on Call back and they had also reached him and told him not to bother. I've used this service 3 times before joining angies list and this is the first time they have not shown for a job.

We called this company three times before they finally sent someone to give us an estimate. Then after the guy left, he said that he would call us with a bid, but never did. We had to call them again just to get the price on how much it would cost to repair our window.

When Mike arrived that Saturday I asked if he would do the disposal as well. He said he did not have time that day but could come back to do it. He removed the sliding closet doors and then discovered one of the bi-fold doors was missing an important part. He then expressed concern about installing the ceiling fan because my ceilings are only 7 1/2 feet. He said he was short on time and needed to leave, so he took some notes about the missing part for the door and materials he would need for the disposal and we agreed he would return the next Saturday to complete all three jobs. He never showed up on the appointed Saturday, nor did he call. I called the Andy OnCall service and left a message complaining about the no-show and to date have received no response.
