window cleaning
+ -1 moreEric was hired to clean the exterior of my windows. For some reason he took off all my storm windows and put them inside my house without cleaning them or putting them back. I figured that we had some kind of miscommunication so I asked him what it would take to finish the storms and also do the interior. He said he had to run to another bid so he couldn't finish either. He gave me a quote to finish the job. I have called Eric several times and requested that he either come back and complete the cleaning or at least put my storm windows back on. Eric hasn't returned my calls and nearly a month has gone by. It is November, the wind is whipping around, and my storms are filthy and laying inside my house. This is not how I thought this should end. I would not recommend this business.
