We first saw for ourselves, how this company removes trees when our neighbor had a huge tree taken out last year. They used a crane and worked fast. When the time came for us to cut dead trees down we contacted them. A very knowledgeable person came out and had our quote emailed to us within days. We were pleasantly surprised on the competitive cost estimate we received and called for scheduling soon afterword. It did take two months for work to begin but, the rain and our wet yard did not help and also these guys are so busy being in such high demand. We always adhere to the premise if a contractor is so busy, they must do great work and we do not mind waiting. We also to a search to see reviews, and these guys are AA+ rated. To our benefit, we were not wrong because the work done was extraordinary. The crew arrived all together and started on the biggest tree first. We were very impressed to witness the care to plan the safest way to set up their ropes, etc. After the plans were set, the crew went to work and in just a few hours the job was complete. Every member of the team were courteous and willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. We had just had thousands of dollars of yard work done and were worried about damage to yard. King Tree crew understood and took extreme care to protect vulnerable areas. It was amazing to see how this well trained team worked together and completed our job quickly and safely. It was very hard to see we had any trees removed after these guys cleaned our yard and even spreading extra mulch from stumps into our flower beds. This company is the ONLY number we will call for any tree removal in our future. King Tree are the best in this area by FAR!! All we can say is...If you want your trees removed with professionalism and safety, your property cleaned like nothing happened, and completed at a VERY great price, then you need to contact King Tree Specialist immediately!!! Called twice for service - called me back once and said it would be two weeks before they could do an evaluation. 4 weeks later I had to follow-up and they never called me back.

The experience went well. To say they were efficient is an understatement - they were professional, obviously proficient at their jobs, and polite. When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves so well that my yard looked as if I had hired someone to do spring cleaning. Would absolutely hire again.

The service went well, we have sold the house and I am not sure the new buyers have continued on with the service. I was pleased that they returned our balance of payment for services. We had prepaid for a years worth of treatments and they prorated the services and issued us a refund in a timely manner. I also liked that when we were in town, they would call to tell me they were coming and to make sure the dog was in the house.

King Tree Service removed an fruit tree for us. They did a good job, cleaned up completely after themselves, and back filled with soil--all at a reasonable price. They also pruned a large tree in our front-yard by "lifting up" the lowest branches so they wouldn't interfere with vehicles, sidewalk, or house. They have pruned higher branches of that same tree for us in the past and have done so in a tasteful, natural manner. Unlike with some tree services, we haven't worried that they would lop off big branches or over prune. (Please note, work was done at my home but I marked provider location for security reasons.)

The came when promised and removed the tree using ropes to safely guide each piece safely from my home. I as amazed at the control they exercised in moving the pieces from my home. I choose to have them down the tree and cut into sections but leave the pieces in the lot next to my house to save the cost of removal. They were very nice to drop the pieces close to the area I wanted them when possible which was more than I expected.

A large part of our tree fell on our house during a storm. Since we didn't know the extent of the damage to our house, it was imperative to get it removed as soon as possible. It fell at 5pm and by 6:30pm, Brian was at our house checking out the damage and calling his people to see when they could come out. He got the crane guy and his team assembled and was at our house by 7:45am the next morning. Brian is an arborist and climber and got into the tree and secured the big branches to minimize any more damage to our house. He and his team successfully lifted the branches of the lower level of our house and took them UP over our 2 story house. They were careful to hit no power lines, not block traffic unless absolutely necessary and even was telling his team to try not to walk on our newly seeded yard (which was impossible but they were still concerned). They removed all the branches, mulched them up and did excellent clean up and were out of here before noon!! Great job! We so appreciate the quick response! Thanks!

They seem knowledgeable. Everything seemed to go well. There wasn’t outstanding but nothing bad. They came highly recommended. There are going to do some other stuff for us but they haven’t done it yet.

Brian King was always very professional and pleasant to work with. They are certified and licensed arborists. We had ice damage to two silver (soft) maples in our backyard after a winter storm (7-10 years ago?). There were many broken limbs in trees that were approaching 40 - 50 ft. in height near our two story home. Since I have a master's degree in Horticulture I knew that I did not want them topped - unsightly and unhealthy. They agreed to thin the crown of the trees and remove broken limbs. Their first estimate was more than our budget, but they were quick to offer us a very reasonable alternative of cutting and dropping the limbs in our yard and let my husband and son cut up the limbs and remove the debris. They thinned the crowns even more than I expected without ruining the attractiveness of the tress. Now, many years later we have not had to call them back for trimming or had any more tree damage and our lawn has never looked better due to more sunlight getting through the canopy. We highly recommend King Tree Specialist.

Pulled dead wood out of large pin oak and silver maple. Trimmed branches off house roof and away from service wires. Removed 5 large limbs from oak above garage. They were the highest bid, but not by too much. Overall we felt it was worth paying a little extra to get a team of specialists. We were very happy with the work they did for us. Charged $800 for the oak and $200 for the maple.

My neighbor was having an issue with a hickory tree on my property...she referred the situation to her attorney. I contacted King Tree Specialists to have the tree assessed for safety issues. They performed the service as requested...Good Job!

They trimmed a pine tree and also trimmed a maple tree so that electrical service could be provided to a building. They arrived on short notice and completed the job so that the utility could keep their schedule. I would definitely use them again.

Remove a large oak tree that had to be removed by a crane over the top of our garage. They were very careful and had the necessary man power to do the job. They certainly knew what they were doing.
