+ -1 moreShe is a very nice woman and does all the work her self. She keeps the pond looking great. She usually calls when it is time to come by to service the pond. If there is an emergency, she can come out the same day you call.
Description of Work: They provide regular pond maintenance, checks for leaks and cleans the pond throughout the year.

+ -1 moreWe have had a bad experience where a guy basically just dug a hole and it leaked and everything else. So we heard about her and she came out and she was excellent. The pond is beautiful and she comes out annually to check it as part of the service. It is amazing how many people do have a pond in the back yard. Annually she cleans it, cleans all the filters, clean out winter debris, make sure that the various things that make the water fall are all working and occasionally she brings in fish just because she likes you. She also sells fish and pond supplies.
Description of Work: We used Passion for Ponds four years ago to install a pond with a working waterfall and she does free annual maintenance on it as part of the service.
