X-treme Cleaning & Restoration

The carpet cleaner from X-Treme was a few minutes late but apologized and also explained the delay. After arriving, he did a quick assessment of the areas to be cleaned, provided me with an estimate for an area not covered by the package that I had purchased, and promptly got to work. The work was completed in the estimated time frame. The carpet cleaner was courteous and professional. The carpets looked great! All the spots in the basement were gone! We love how our carpets look and smell and will definitely consider using this company again.

Technicians showed up on time, and finished within the promised window. They were responsive and accommodating of special requests, and took precautions where necessary to protect corners, furnishings and hardwood floors. On request, they returned one week later to address a problem spot (vomit odor) in a child's bedroom at no additional charge. We've been using X-Treme for years now and are always very satisfied with their service. Also, their prices are very competitive. We'll continue to use them for all of our carpet cleaning.

They performed their service very thoroughly and completely! They even performed their own inspection and went over spots they were not satisfied with.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for Deep Steam "Green" Carpet Cleaning and Scotchgard Protection for $129 (which included 4 areas of carpet - the extra $30 was for also cleaning the room with the smallest square footage). Prior to starting the team put corner guards in all the areas where the hoses would contact the wall/bannister/furniture corners - I've never seen these used before, but I can see the benefit and appreciate the care given to my home! All the carpeted areas were pre-treated, steam cleaned, and then spot treated in those 'difficult to clean' areas. After all the furniture was returned to it's original location, the carpet was treated with Scotchgard protection. I appreciated that towels were used to keep the water off the hardwood floors and that the team used shoe covers whenever they were in my home. All the cleaned carpets were dry within 6-8 hrs. This was a great 'Big Deal" and the carpet looks great! We'll use this company again

We had water in our basement and it needed cleaning to eliminate the odor. I used my Angies List coupon for X-treme Carpet Cleaning to take care of the problem. They cam out the day after I called and did a great job. No odor left. Would definitely use them again.

I thought they were excellent. They were very professional, and informative with what they were going to do. They also let me know safety precautions before they left. They made sure to move the furniture out of the way, making sure not to damage it, the walls, or the floor. I was also told if there was any problem at all just to call them back, and they would come back out to work on it.

On the day of the quote they were early and thorough. They measure each room so that you only pay by the square foot, and you don't pay for area under a bed, or something large that isn't going to be moved. It was definitely a low pressure sales pitch. I really appreciated that. At the end of the measurements, I was given the option of a percent discount of free scotch guard. Since we have small kids, I chose the Scotch guard! Lots of messes. On the day of the appointment, they again arrived early. I really like how they valued time and professionalism. They start upstairs, put bumpers on the stairs to protect woodwork, and work their way down and out the door. The house looked great when they were done. I would definitely use this company again and not wait 4 years between carpet cleaning.

They were very prompt and professional. The work was excellent. We had old stains and some smells from the basement (not sure, think there was water damage from flooded basement but uncertain if that was the cause or not.) on basement stairway, more stains on stairway landing that I had tried everything I could think of on. We also had a carpeted storage area that the cat got locked in for 2 days and the cat urin smell was awful. We tried rental steamers a few times with special product - to no avail. They got out all stains and smells! My husband thought they were expensive, but they got the job done and done very well! They were unable to give us price quote so that caused hubby some problems, but I was quite pleased.

I have used X-Treme carpet cleaning several times. They have done a great job every time. On time and very professional. Moved my furniture, put it back, with great results.

We moved into our new home and immediately noticed a strong smell of cat urine in the dining room. We called Lorenzo at X-Treme Carpet Cleaning to come out and see if he could help us. Lorenzo and his assistant Brandon were very professional and thorough and assured us that they could take care of the odor. It took multiple visits and hard work, but the odor was successfully removed! We were so pleased with the result that we would not hesitate to call X-Treme Carpet Cleaning for future help. We can't thank Lorenzo enough for his help getting our dining room back!

We haven't had the carpet cleaning done yet, but I will review the service as soon as that happens. UPDATE AS OF 4/15/13 The company came about two months ago, around mid February. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were accommodating - because I had to change the appointment about three times because of work I had going on in the kitchen. They were efficient and very quick. They did a great job on the carpets. They also answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very knowledgable.

Excellent experience. The carpets look great.

IT WENT WELL THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL

There was a spot that could not be removed, but I was expecting that it might be a problem area. Very nice to work with.

Overall, they did exactly what they said they would do including a little extra. I've already recommended them to friends and I would not hesitate to calling x-TREME again.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They moved coffee tables and end tables and even my dining room table and chairs. They asked me to show them what bedrooms needed cleaning. It seemed like before I knew it they were done; I think it took them less than 45 minutes. And what a difference! We'd used them before when our carpeting was heavily soiled, but this time they were able to do it much faster since they'd already lifted all that old dirt last time. We even had some pet urine spots from our cats and they cleaned those beautifully. Not only are they punctual and fast, but they do a fantastic job and are really nice. What more could you ask for?

Both my husband and I were very pleased with their work and the results of the cleaning brought new life to all the cleaned areas. I most certainly would recommend this company to all my friends.

I was in a hurry to get the carpets in my townhome cleaned before furniture was moved in. I called on a Monday and spoke to the receptionist who was very nice and professional and listened to all my concerns and questions. She was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day with just a one-hour window to wait. The technicians arrived within the specified time and were also very nice, courteous and professional. They completed the job in the time they promised and cleaned up very nicely. Carpets look great. I would definately recommend this company. Overall a very excellent and painfree experience.

We took advantage of Angie's 'Big Deal' and tried X-treme Carpet Cleaning for the first time. Our older carpeting on the first floor of the house where there are heavy traffic patterns and our dog spends most of her day badly needed to be refreshed. X-treme was punctual, courteous, and did a great job. The cleaning took less time than expected and the carpeting turned out looking better than we had hoped it would. It was a good experience and we would definitely consider using X-treme in the future.

I have not used them yet, but they have been friendly and professional so far.
