I submitted my request for services via email and received a response within hours to confirm availablity. The technicians called to confirm the appointmen the morning of the service and again when they were on their way to my home. The senior technician provided me with a consultation and quote based on the areas I needed cleaned. I was provided with an overview of exactly what would happen and how long it would take for the carper to dry. The cleaning process was conducted by two technicians and was complete in approximately 45 minutes. The carpets dried within eight hours which was exactly what I had been told. I coudln't have been more pleased with the service provided by X-treme Carpet Cleaners. Their staff was professional, courteous and extremely efficient. They were very familiar with the Angie's list 10% off coupon and happily accepted it without any questions/issues. They are my new go-to company for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

I contacted Susannah who was very pleasant and professional. We scheduled the date and time between 8:30 and 9 a.m. on Sept. 4 I mentioned we have two collie dogs who are friendly but tend to "drool" on the rugs. I really wanted a good thorough cleaning. She assured me that would be done. She recommended the dogs be contained elsewhere due to the door needing to be propped open with a hose. My family and I prepared the rooms by moving the smaller items out of the areas. We started the day before! Luciano and Adam showed up at 8:55 a.m. and looked at the areas to be cleaned. They used corner wall protectors (appreciated). The pre-spot was orange scented and very pleasant, clean and fresh smelling. Both men worked quickly and efficiently room by room. They got all the pet stains & traffic stains out. They moved the remaining furniture and cleaned the carpeting thoroughly and then placed it back in place when finished. After shampooing the area rugs, they wiped up the floor around the rugs and suggested we let the rugs dry in the sunshine outside (good idea). The carpet was dry by dinner time and we started returning items to the rooms. Excellent job. We are very happy customers! I already recommended them to a girl friend!

It was wonderful! I have no complaints. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They came in, did what they needed to and that was it. It was a good price for what they did. I did notice one area that was not so clean but, I don't know, it might not have come clean if they even went over it again. On the whole I think they did a really good job!

They came out after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service turned out great. They're very efficient and did a good job. The people that came out were competent, very professional and worked efficiently.

Scheduled a quote/cleaning via their website for them to come in to clean. the day before I realized I needed to move it, so I called to change it to a later date. Left a message and never heard back.

Xtreme was great. I had originally scheduled my cleaning for a week earlier, but the night before our appointment day, our older dog got very sick and we needed to deal with him, plus did not want our carpet cleaned only to have it messed up again. I wasn't able to reach Xtreme in time before they showed up at our door, but when I explained the situation and asked if we could postpone the cleaning, they were very gracious about the last minute cancellation and made another appointment at my convenience. On our new appointment day, Xtreme showed up early and did a great job of cleaning the carpeting. We had had a couple of remodeling jobs with traffic and construction dust, plus we have 3 dogs, so our carpeting was in pretty bad shape. Not only was there a visible difference while they were cleaning the carpet, afterward it smelled wonderful - clean and fresh, not chemically - and it felt amazing and soft underfoot. I would highly recommend Xtreme.

After initial contact I was able to promptly schedule a meeting with Luciano to give us an estimate and soon after, scheduled him to come back and repair work that had been "repaired" by a previous contractor. He was prompt, very respectful of our home and did a great job (he and an assistant). I plan on having him come back to clean the carpets in our home.

Arrived exactly at the time scheduled. Thorough and quick service - everything went very smooth and my carpet is noticeably cleaner!

In addition to promptly cleaning four areas we requested an additional room to be cleaned. The additional cost was in line with the basic cost. We are completely satisfied with the results.

The crew was on-time and quickly re-measured our home to make sure our email estimate was accurate. They found that there was actually less square footage so our total cost was less then we had originally expected. The crew of three was efficient and courteous. They were also very thorough and took care not to bump any walls with their cleaning equipment. The carpets looked great at the end of the job. They also offered to come back and re-clean for free if any old, buried stains re-surfaced as a result of the cleaning. Susannah was very pleasant to work with in scheduling the job. She was able to give me a quote over email and easily fit me in at a time convenient to us. I would use this company again if I need any carpet cleaning in the future.

Overall it went well, they called the day before and asked if they could come a little earlier, I said yes and then they showed up 15 mins late but they were efficient and worked quickly. The carpet looked like new when they left, I would use them again.

The carpets looked great! They moved the furniture which made it worth every penny. We did use an Angie's List special but their regular pricing was very reasonable. We need to have our basement carpet cleaned, too, and writing this review reminds me to call them!

I couldn't be happier! They had a great deal for the shampooing of 4 rooms but my big issue was that I needed 2 of the rooms to have the carpet stretched. They came within a week of my first call, were extremely professional and my rumpled carpet looks brand new! Wish I had done this much earlier. I would definitely use them again.

The workers were able to schedule me quickly in spite of recent demand for cleaners due to flooding. Their ETA needed to be adjusted because of emergency calls, but they kept me up to date on new times. Very good work.

The entire experience went well. We called and scheduled an appt after purchasing a Big Deal. They were here on time. The owner was very knowledgeable about what caused the discoloration in the rugs and explained what products he was using to help.
