Excellent and reasonably priced company! I have used 2x. I will use in the future. They are professional, on time, and responsive. My appointment was made via email and it was great!

Both Susannah and Luciano were responsive, professional and very courteous. The carpets looked beautiful after cleaning! I would highly recommend X-treme Cleaning and Restoration and will be using them again in the future.

Still debating whose fault the spill was, but the bottom line is we needed it cleaned fast, as we're listing the house for sale in 2 days. Called this provider Saturday morning at 8:30 and left a message indicating the urgency, received a call back within 30 minutes and they were there at 11:30- Wow! Very impressed with their quickness as well as their professionalism and courtesy. Would definitely use them again.

Examined all possible places where water might have leaked. I watched them do this; they were ver thorough.. They came back to pull off baseboard, pull back wet carpet, removed the pad and subsequently replaced it. Also, set up fans on all levels and came back several time to check on progress. They came to remove all the equipment and cleaned the traffic areas in the master bedroom and dining room.

They were falling late and called to confirm and let us know they would be ten minutes late. They took care of everything and the carpets are like new. Thank you!

Xtreme cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Two men came, but we really only spoke with Luciano. He did a quick estimate and our bill came out right around the estimate. They were able to clean our home and staircases in about an hour and a half. Luciano was very knowledgeable and explained why our carpet resisted most staining and what wouldn't come out. Our carpets look fantastic, nearly brand new and I was very pleased with what we paid for what we got. We will use them again!

On-time, very tidy, reasonably complete.

I purchased a property at foreclosure. It was full of rubbish and the basement had a serious mold problem. The guys from Xtreme Cleaning tightly packed a 30 cu yard dumpster full of rubbish and stripped the basement down to studs. They pointed out a hidden burst water pipe and some other things I will need to get looked at. The place was left spotless and smelling clean not moldy. Very professional team.

I received the original estimate in Feb. but the day of the service it was too cold so they honored the estimate (including a coupon which had expired by then) without question. It was easy to make an appointment, the team showed up within the 2 hour window quoted and they finished very efficiently. My carpets look great - which is saying a lot in a house with kids and dogs!

I contacted the provider to clean a carpet stain and spoke to their representative by phone, at some length. She said she would call me back the next day after conferring with her husband, who presumably did the actual cleaning. I did not receive a returned call as promised, so two days later I left a detailed voice-mail message asking the representative to call me back. Still no return call and, needless to say, I've given up. I just don't get it, and certainly cannot understand the positive reviews in light of my experience.

One of the carpets did not get as clean as I thought it should have. There was no explanation by the provider why it did not get as clean. Otherwise, it was fine.

Went well. Place looked good but surprised by the final bill. Thought it would be less, but they were there a long time and the place looked great. Place needed to be "broom clean" for closing and it was much more than that.

The gentlemen that came out to clean our carpets were professional, friendly, efficient, and hard-working. They pointed out areas that needed to be removed (runners on the stairs) and moved things that we did not (simply didn't think to move). They did a fantastic job! They put everything back in its place that they could, used guards under furniture to prevent staining and/or water damage, finished within the time frame they gave, and stayed true to the quote even though I know they did more than the quote had listed. I will definitely use them again!

Great, they showed up when they said they would. Were very flexible with the drop off date and time. Rug looks great. No funky smell.

They arrived on time for both the estimate appointment and the subsequently scheduled work. Luciano was appropriately communicative and detailed in the course of providing the estimate. He also showed multiple before and after images of similar jobs he'd done previously for earlier clients. Completed the work the week after providing the estimate and was gracious about our need to schedule this on a weekend. Finished the job in less than the five hours he'd estimated but did not cut any corners (no pun) to do so. Carpets now look taut and proper. While their prior state was annoying, I continue to be truly amazed at how much better the floors now look without the material itself (i.e., carpeting) being new. Would recommend X-Treme without hesitation.

I renently installed new carpet and then quickly had a water leak that stained the carpet. I was going to throw it out and start over, but thought I would give X-treme a try as they had great Angies List reviews. They cleaned the carpet so it looks perfect. They saved me a bunch of money and inconvenience. They were on time. good people and they saved my new carpet. This is a terrific service provider. This was some of the best money I have spent in a long while. A+++ is a quality description of their service. Thanks X-treme. You did a great job for a very reasonable price.

Luciano and his crew came out on time, effiecently did their job, cleaned up after themselves, all while being as unobtursive as possible given the job. have used them in the past for carpet cleaning, will definately use them again.

They were prompt and very thorough. They moved whatever furniture was necessary and, when they were finished, it looked like they had installed new carpeting. They did a magnificent job with some very difficult stains. Would highly recommend them.

It. Went great. Luciano and his worker arrived on time. They did more than the estimates called for as moving all furniture and putting back to the proper place . It's been 5 years since carpet was cleaned. Looks brand new. I would use them again. Susana very nice and professional.. she got me in at last minute. Well worth every penny.

Very professional. Did everything expected and did it well. Moved all furniture with care, in removal and when reinstalling. Will probably use this excellent company annually.

Very disappointed with initial cleaning as there were several spots which were not removed. It wasn't clear that they had even attempted to remove the stains. Arranged for X-treme cleaning to return and treat the stains that were missed. The carpet looked great after the second round but was frustrated that it wasn't done right in the first place. Very responsive in setting up the initial estimate and the repeat visit, however there was a communication breakdown in arranging the initial cleaning. Mistakenly assumed the appointment was confirmed and when I phoned back, the slot was no longer available. It all worked out but not as efficiently as I'd hoped.
