Description of Work: Came out to evaluate, clean and sanitize my basement carpet after water seeped in in one area through a clogged window well. The gentleman came on time, was very polite and gave me an honest analysis of whether the carpet could be restored. He gave me a reasonable quote, returned to do the work as promised and I was extremely pleased with the result. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Basement carpet/wall water damage. Very professional. Very good at returning calls. These people work very hard and were very thorough. Better experience than another I have used in the past.

Description of Work: Extracted water from basement after sump pump failed. Pulled off baseboards to drill holes to dry out the drywall from behind, cleaned/sanitized carpets. Work went well and on time. The only reason they got a B rating was because when I called them after hours, they scheduled me for a weekday morning but I was charged for an emergency service call. I was not told I would be charged this on the phone, and I assumed since they didn't actually come out after normal business hours, that I wouldn't be charged for emergency service.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sterilized the ducts. The confusion was in the ad that was placed on Angies list as it was not specific about the work to be done. Also, the receptionist on booking the appointment should have clarified that what was purchased was a cleaning appropriate for ducts that have been regularly maintained. The end result was great but it put both me and the service guys in an awkward spot.

Description of Work: I had purchased the Big Deal for Deep Steam “Green” Carpet Cleaning + Scotchgard Protection

Description of Work: I bought a deal to have 300 square feet of grout cleaned and sealed. I purchased another 140 square feet for an additional $112. They seemed so nice and professional that I had them do 509 square feet of carpet cleaning which was about $153. I had a few other companies do my carpets, and I had some really dirty traffic areas. I was surprised at how well Luciano and Dan cleaned the carpets. The tile and grout cleaning was very good, and the price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. I was very pleased with both jobs, and the carpet cleaning was the best that I have had. They also did a great job of explaining what they were going to do , giving an estimate and cleaning up afterward. They're my new carpet company in the future.
