Call returned promptly to determine my needs and schedule an appointment. They were flexible on their scheduling and arrived on the day I requested. Staff arrived on time and the job took approximately an hour and a half. Staff was professional and even wore botties over their shoes to not further stain the carpet. They vacuumed the carpet and the furniture thouroughly, applied the stain remover to the carpet and went to work. Upon completion neither the caret nor the furniture were very wet. Both were damp and dried within 6 -7 hours. Staff informed me that upon drying the stains may resurface in the carpet. They said if that happened to call them and tey would come back to re-rinse those spots. The stains never re-appeared, but the offer to return was much appreciated. He even gave me tips on a water and vinegar solution to remove stains in the future. Again, much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself.

The job went great, starting from the phone call to setup the estimate/possible job all the way through the actual cleaning. I am especially impressed that they were able to remove the deep stains, which we did not believe would be possible. The workers were very professional, quick, knowledgeable, everything anyone would want for this type of job.

The carpets have seen better days and was certain I'd have to replace after having several months with a sick dog. But, Extreme came out and it looks like I have new carpets! They look and smell wonderful! They warned me that some of the pet stains may be deep and come back with time but, so far, so good. They were also careful to ensure furniture was up and protected from wetness. I told him I wasn't too particular about all that but he took extreme care with everything. In the process, they did knock over one figurine. They were very apologetic and more than made up for it with a reduction in the bill. Hey, oopsies happen, for me it's about how you recover and they far exceeded my expectations. Overall, they were reasonable, professional, fast and completed with a quality that far exceeded what I thought would be possible.

Once we got it scheduled, crew arrived on time, and did a thorough job. Carpets looked great.

I received excellent service. The appointment for the estimate and service were both punctual, and the techs explained in detail exactly what they were going to do. They were careful not to damage any furniture and performed a very thorough cleaning. i am very pleased and I would highly recommend them.

I was convinced that we needed to replace the carpet on the steps. We asked X-treme to come and provide an estimate. Our appointment was for 11:00am. The doorbell rang at 11:00am. Luciano came in and we talked to him about the areas that we wanted the cleaning estimate for. He began measuring (with a laser beam) to determine square footage. The estimate provided a breakdown of the various areas in case we wanted to do some and not all of the carpeting. He was extremely polite and clearly very conscientious and customer focused. We spoke to him further regarding the high amount of dust in the house. He explained that he had the same problem and had enlisted the help of another Angie's List tradesman, who we subsequently hired to replace our furnance and clean and seal our ductwork. X-treme took great pride and care in their work and explained everything. They made a commitment to follow up if we were unhappy after the carpet had fully dried. They moved smaller furniture and used plastic and syrofoam to elevate pieces. Susannah was pleasant and thorough when we made the initial call. They are our new go-to for carpet care, which we promise, will happen more frequently than in the past. The goal of every homeowner is to find that go-to person for service - A/C, landscaping, painting, carpentry, plumber, etc. X-treme is our go-to company for carpet cleaning from now on. That they were local is a bonus!

I was given an accurate estimate of the cost via phone. The workers arrived on time ,toured the house affirmed the cost and time. The worker returned next day to perform minor carpet repair,even after having received full payment the previous day!

They cleaned my tile floor so well that it looked like a brand new floor was installed. They were very professional and left with no mess. Would recommend them highly.

I called them a couple days ago and they were able to come out on the day I requested. Luciano and his assistant arrived on time. We walked through the house discussing the areas to be cleaned and pointing out stains in the carpet. They worked from upstairs to downstairs and thouroughly worked on the high traffic areas and the stains. They moved most of the furniture and were careful to put it back where it was. THey also used protectors to prevent any damage to corners of walls and furniture. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again!

Carpet Cleaning went great. They were early and did a great job on the carpets. I was so impressed I called them back to do the furniture. They arrived over half an hour late. They did a good job on the furniture also. However, the price was higher than quoted and I did not received the 'Angie's List' Discount even though I mentioned that is where I found them when I first called. The discount is not itemized on the invoices that I have.

It went fast and easy, I was able to get an estimate the day I called and the work was preformed a few days later. Luciano was direct and honest with his quote which I appreciated since I had two small children to deal with while he was here. I did not have time to listen to a long sales pitch which is what I got from other guys. I did get other quotes and Luciano was almost $100 cheaper than the other guys. I will for sure use this company again in the future.

The estimate seemed fair. They were professional and nice to deal with. I think we will go with them for the job. They were very responsive and on time. They also were very professional.

Used a multi-step process to clean my couch. Vacuumed all pillows, both sides, then washed with a wet-vac system, then extracted excess water. Couch had smelled (bought used from someone else). After smelled brand new. Took over an hour and covered every inch of the fabric--very thorough job. One slight complaint: called about half an hour before they were originally scheduled to come to say they couldn't make it due to an emergency, but were able to reschedule for the very next day.

The X-treme carpet cleaning team is first rate. They showed up right on time, did a great job and my wife is happy!
