 + -1 moreCalled and arrived early. Came with crew of three. Vacuumed all areas first, cleaned all carpet area, applied Scotch guard. The carpet fluffed up like new and closet doors would drag on it- great job.

 + -1 moreThey were fantastic. We had an Angie's list coupon and they suggested the most economical way to use that as well as discounting the price for additonal square footage. They had VERY helpful suggestions on how to get the most out of the carpet cleaning. They did the work in a very reasonable time frame. They cleaned up everything. This is the only place I would use for carpet cleaning from now on.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of entire house (except baths and kitchen). Consultation on carpet repair.

 + -1 moreLuciano was very quick to respond with a home visit to provide an estimate. An appointment was scheduled promptly the following week so that I could have the work done prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. The cleaning crew arrived right on schedule. They took extra care to protect the paint and woodwork where the hoses had to wrap around corners. They successfully removed several spots in heavy traffic areas and all carpets and rugs were brighter and clean when they were finished. We were very happy with their work and will not hesitate to use X-treme again in the future.

 + -1 moreThe scheduler Susannah was really nice over the phone. Luciano and his assistant arrived spot on time and they were ready to go immediately. Luciano was really friendly and professional and he and his assistant worked very quickly; I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. They put all heavy furniture up on little risers and cleaned thoroughly underneath everything for no extra cost. My friend used them recently, too and said that when there were heavy stains that didn't come out the first time, X-treme came back and took care of them. I will definitely use this company again in the future!
Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for X-treme Carpet Cleaning and was really pleased with the people and the service at this company. The carpeting in our home is decades old and stains really easily. I didn't think it would come clean at all but they did an amazing job. The Angie's List Big Deal was for 3 areas at $119, but I asked them to do two more rooms, a hallway, and the stairs. They only charged me another $100 or so for that, so for less than $250, I got every carpet in the house cleaned.

 + -1 moreExcellent all around. Basement flooring is Flor carpet tiles. When I have cleaned them with a Bissell carpet cleaner, water would collect between tiles. I asked if this would be a problem and they said they had not had any problems cleaning tiles. Indeed, they did an amazing job extracting the water from the carpet. Everything was spotless-and this a home with three young children and two dogs! I decided to have the grout and tile done even though I had not initially planned to do so. Worth every penny and then some!
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 4 bedrooms, hallway, and basement. Cleaned upholstery on large chair and ottoman. Cleaned tile and grout in entry way. Excellent all around. Susannah, who scheduled the service, was professional and friendly - very nice to deal with over the phone. Luciano, who performed the service with an assistant was also highly professional, courteous, and proficient; they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They moved large furniture to get under couches / cabinets at no extra charge. Our carpet had not been cleaned in at least three years, and we have a cat - carpet was filthy. After X-treme's service, our carpet looks new again. I would definitely use this provider again.

 + -1 moreThe team of 2 were actually early for my appointment, immediately removed their shoes, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and then got right to it. They were incredibly fast, moved all my furniture and went well beyond the areas I requested be cleaned. The carpets looked fantastic when they were done - they looked brand new and they are high traffic and 12 years old. I was very impressed and would use them again.

 + -1 moreThey arrived as scheduled, and were very careful about how they set up their cleaning equipment and made sure that they did not damage any of the furniture in my house while they were cleaning the carpet. They did a great job in cleaning the carpet and explained how long it would take to dry and ways to make the carpet dry quicker. They also left documentation on the Scotchgard protector they applied to the carpet.

This company is caring, prompt, honest and efficient. We had a terrible time drying out our basement after flooding. We called X-treme after we had already paid a lot of money to a company which did not do a good job. X-treme gave us lots of advice and helped us remove our carpeting. They were wonderful and encouraging. I wish we had called them first! I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: X-treme came to our home after our basement was flooded with sewage back-up. Another company had come first and did not do a good job. X-treme gave us the advice we did not want to hear, but we needed to hear. Our basement is clean and back to normal now, thanks to them.

The carpets themselves look almost new again--I am very impressed with both the staff and the quality of their services. I will quite happily use them again.
Description of Work: X-treme cleaned two medium sized wool carpets that were desperately in need of cleaning after several years of use and several more years in storage. They picked up, cleaned, and delivered the carpets (because the carpets are wool, they took them to their warehouse and cleaned them using a cold water process to prevent bleeding and allow them to air dry).
