AAA++++ service, Our experience was so positive, we hired them again to do our grout cleaning. Top notch on both services.

They were on time, quick and thorough. Professional. Courteous. Told me upfront of the additional cost, which seemed reasonable to me.

I recently moved into a home where the grout in the kitchen floor was almost black with some spots much lighter. I was unsure of the real grout color and felt the tile was dirty. The floor was scrubbed steam cleaned and sealed. The grout was suppose to be gray and it now looks brand new! I am so happy with the service and my new floor!

It was proficient and he did an absolutely fabulous job, we very satisfied. The former tenant had a cat which is what ruined the carpet, and he was able to make the carpet look new after he was done. There was also a tiny stain in a corner that he got out enough that you could hardly notice it.

The two X-treme Carpet Cleaning folks moved my furniture and then pre-conditioned and steam cleaned two very old carpets so that they looked unbelievably clean and almost new. Carpets were deep cleaned with products that left a fresh, clean scent that did not affect our pets. The employees were very pleasant, checking to ensure all of my expectations and needs were met. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their service in the future.

Scheduling was handled to meet my timeline and work schedule. they arrived on time, spotted and cleaned throughly in a suprisingly short period of time.

They were very helpful, responsive and professional. They came out the next day after I called and did a wonderful job on our basement stairs and carpet. We have pets and children and our carpets get a lot of wear and tear, but it looks like new again. Their cleaning solution had a very mild, pleasant odor that faded away quickly and the carpet did not feel soggy or soaked at all and seems to be drying very quickly.

I was very happy and satisfied with them. They came in on time, got the work done, they were clean and they cleaned up after themselves. It was like they hadn't been there, but they left and my carpet was clean.

They were on time and did what they described. They moved any furniture and told me to call if I saw any stains remaining.

They do cleaning and repair, but they do not do carpet selling. The guy was very professional. He came in and asked what the problem was and when I asked when he could fix it; he said that he could start right then. He was very prompt. He dried out the carpet and came back and replaced the padding and cleaned it. He did a very nice job.

Excellent! The owner was so easy to deal with in scheduling the appointment and even referring me to some professionals who do tile repair because I thought I needed that first. They arrived on time and performed the cleaning quickly. I saw the floor half way through the process and took pictures because I couldn't believe how much dirt there was. Once the work was completed, they gave me advice on caring for the tile moving forward. Very nice. Very professional. Easy to do business with. Will recommend or use again.

The experience was okay overall. The work that they did was fine; the carpets seemed clean afterwards. I purchased a Big Deal for the service, which included four rooms. I had three bedrooms and a hallway, but the technician told me that the master bedroom, which included a dressing area, was too big, so he told me they had to charge me an extra room, even though the hallway was small and the bedroom closet was, too, so I’d think that’d count for one room. He even told me that I got a really good deal and that they needed to make money. Ultimately, it did work out, but I didn’t like the attitude of the technician.

I had X-treme Carpet Cleaning come in to clean the carpets throughout my house. The carpets had not been cleaned in a few years and were in definite need of a thorough cleaning. I took advantage of one of the Angie's Lists special deals that showed up in my email. X-treme Carpet Cleaning was giving a special price for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning. I purchased that deal and also informed them that I would want additional rooms cleaned. The phone conversations with them were pleasant and they were very forthcoming on information about their services. The work men arrived on time and were very professional. They measured the rooms and suggested what rooms/stairs combination would give me the best use of my deal price (it was based on sq footage). They vacuumed thoroughly and treated spots ahead of time. They were very good about pointing out stains that may be difficult to remove. They let me know what furniture they would move. They were very good about putting Styrofoam blocks or plastic sheets underneath the legs of the furniture to keep it from getting wet. The two man team was in constant motion the entire time they were at my house. They worked quickly, but not once did I get the impression they were rushing the job and not doing things thoroughly. The stairs needed extra attention because of heavy soiling and they cleaned it vigorously. The stairs turned out very well. After cleaning, they did a good job of raking up the carpet nap. The crew went over the areas with me to show where spots were cleaned. They were very honest and pointed out stains that might not have come completely out after their repeated attempts. The carpeting looked very good after the cleaning and still looks good 3 weeks later. I will use this company again for my carpet cleaning needs.
