Perfectly! I couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: Painted the entire first floor, stairwell, upstairs hallway and master bath. Also replaced the mirrors in 2 bathrooms.

Description of Work: The provider (Jonathan) came to our home to provide an estimate for painting a laundry room, foyer baseboard trim, and limited kitchen drywall repair/painting. We were extremely surprised when the estimate came in at $1,500. Subsequently, we got two other estimates that both came in at half that price. Do yourself a favor and "shop around". There was no follow-up to original estimate which left us with the feeling of "throw it against the wall and see if it sticks".

Description of Work: They painted the entire exterior of our home. The work was fine. They were clean and neat. However, the job took a lot longer than we had anticipated.

Thanks for the review, (removed member name). I am sorry the project took longer than anticipated. Just to explain, the project took place during a part of the summer when there were a lot of days that had short bursts of rain, which meant that the whole day was unfortunately shot. On top of that, it took an abnormally long time for a supplier to ship some specially ordered siding materials that we needed to replace some of the siding. The combination of the two did create a delay, and I apologize. We did the best we could under the circumstances.

Description of Work: My experience with Touchstone Painting was terrific. Jonathan was professional with each contact, was a gentleman and extremely thoughtful and sensitive to my home being disrupted, cleaning up after each day, and offered ways to achieve mastery of the painting without spending a fortune. The job itself was perfection compared to the many times that I have had my home painted in the past. You can really tell the difference when you look at the walls and trim. He was knowledgeable about paint choices for a more expert look also. I will definitely use Touchstone for all my painting needs in the future.

Jonathan is highly recommended.
Description of Work: Jonathan Richards did a beautiful job repainting a large section of our kitchen and family room ceiling. He also repainted two bathrooms with the most perfect caulking work I've ever seen. He also did touch ups on our walls and filled in holes. He is a talented painter. He came on time, finished in the time frame he had told us and cleaned up everything nice and neat. He's professional and worked hard to ensure we were pleased with the job. We hope to have him come again for some other painting projects. We would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Jonathan was very nice and professional. However, it took over a week to get a quote and he stated they could not paint until late July. Quote was over $600 higher than competing quotes. I am certain the Touchstone is professional and does great work. However, they need to hire a larger crew to keep up with their demand. We used another painter and were very happy.

The quote did take over a week to get back to them. However, I did ask if they needed the quote quickly and they informed me that they did not and that they were in no hurry. I also emailed them a week after our meeting to inform them when exactly they would get their quote and delivered the quote at the promised time. The quoted price evidently was higher, but I informed them that my quote may not be the lowest due to the high quality and attention to detail that we put into our work. I'm glad they are happy with the quality of work they received, but I am confident that they would have received higher quality from Touchstone. We have received straight A ratings from all members who we have completed work for because our work is the highest quality. Our crew is small, and so we are not always able to handle all jobs as quickly as some larger crews might (although we can usually get work scheduled and completed in a timely manner). However, this allows me as the owner to keep close tabs on the quality of the work being done. Doing quality work and making our clients happy is more important to me than getting work done more quickly and possibly sacrificing the level of quality.

Jonathan gave me an estimate, completed the work in a timely fashion (per estimate), cleaned up after he was done and did an outstanding job. I would definately recommend Jonathan to anyone who needs painting done in their home. He just takes a lot of pride in his work! Overall ... I was very pleased!!

I was provided an accurate estimate of materials needed, time for completion and start time. Jonathan worked efficiently and promptly. He was neat, organized, easy to talk to, and very tidy. Jonathan worked around my puppy and also me (since I am at home most days). I especially appreciated him using the paint supplies I had before running out to purchase additional supplies. The patching and repairs that needed to be performed were done expertly
Description of Work: I hired Jonathan to paint our kitchen which includes a cathedral ceiling and tray ceiling, two hallways,a mudroom and floor to ceiling mullioned windows and also some repair/patch work on some walls, the tray ceiling and the ceiling itself.
