We have a full sheet metal fabrication shop so that we can make any fitting that a job requires for the best in performance and that professional look. We give free estimates on new equipment and offer 24 hour service. We are fully insured for our customers protection of property.

I was very happy with Lombardo HVAC. The owner, (I can't recall his first name) came out and explained to me all the things to consider when buying a new furnace. I found him to be experienced, and straightforward. He seemed to really care about the reputation of his business (been in business for nearly 30 years). Got him as a referral from a neighbor, and I would certainly recommend him. Price was competitive; installation was timely and quick. Overall, a very good experience. Never fun shelling out that kind of money, but it went was well as it could have. Happy with the new furnace, it's worked like a charm.

Called several local companies and got 4 quotes to replace our aging furnace. Lombardos was the last quote and best quote we receieved. We didn't have to wait long for the install appointment. Installation was quick and serviceman pleasant. Furnace is running like a charm. We will be calling Lombardos with future heating or AC needs and I suggest you do too.

When they came they found a repair that they said was dangerous, that we needed to get a new furnace. We felt like they worked it out so that we would have to buy a new air conditioner too. They were not very up front about it. First they told us we could keep our air conditioner with the new furnace but then when it came time to hook up our furnace to our air conditioner they told us it was not going to work. The furnace is fine but we did not like their approach. It was a good product but we felt like they were trying to force us into buying another appliance. The price was high, the quality was good. We had arranged a date and time. They did show up and install the furnace the following day. They were professional to a degree, I just felt they were not completely honest with the part about being able to hook the new furnace up to the air conditioner.

Dear readers and customer, in response to your feedback in Dec. 2012 to a job we did for a Frank and/or Francis Sullivan in 2005...we were hired by a other customer to clean and safety check a 15 year old Carrier furnace. Upon arrival we found it to be rusted and deemed it unsafe and in need of replacement. Upon removal of the furnace it was noted that your evaporator had a rusted drain pan, something that can only be seen upon the removal of the furnace. So naturally it is our job as a responsible heating and cooling contractor to recommend a new evaporator and that was all we recommended, not a complete new system. And you did not have us install it. We did not install an air conditioning evaporator or system for that matter so if you got a second opinion, and they replaced your system, then they obviously agreed with our assessment or why would you have had it done? Also my company is 38 years old and has an impeccable reputation. We could not be in business that long if we did as you described. As you know the scrutiny of the public on heating contractors is daunting. The scenario/review you described is somewhat misleading to other readers. Had you or othe customer voiced any concerns at the time I, Douglas Lombardo, surely would have allayed your fears with a very concise and simple explanation of all the events leading up to the replacement of the furnace and the suggestion that you replace your evaporator. Also, so the readers know, an evaporator is the part of an air conditioning system that goes into the plenum above the furnace and is connected to the outdoor unit via a set of copper tubes and also has a drain that drains out the moisture from the home. And hers was made of metal and was rusting through. The prudent thing for any legitimate company to do at the time was to recommend a new coil. And that is all we did. The fact remains that we did not try to coerce the Sullivans into anything nor did we. They purchased a top of the line Trane variable speed furnace from us and it was installed with the customers best interests in mind, neatly and professionally. That is the way we do business. We offer quality products at fair prices, have a place of business, and are available 24 hours a day. There are not many out there that can boast this. I am proud of all of my employees because they are honest and thorough. There are many so called "heating contractors" out there that cannot say that. We are up front about everything and that sometimes is what bothers people.There really is nothing harder to do than to tell a customer they need a new furnace or air conditioning unit but the fact remains that in unsafe condition these things can hurt people. Thank you for allowing me to explain and expound on a somewhat misleading review.

They changed the filters and tuned up my two furnaces, and checked them for the winter have used them for years. Good family owned business.
