Good! They came in, and within about three hours, it was done! They pulled all the old fence, and installed new posts and everything looks great! The only real blemish was that some of the guys were smoking, which I didn't think was really all that professional. However, they were punctual, polite, and behaved professionally otherwise.

We initially met with Jeff and Carole about a month before our house was completed.  We obtained estimates from 4 companies, and Link-n-Wood was the lowest.  They also installed our neighbor's fence, and the neighbors were very pleased with the result.  They were very pleasant and helpful at the initial appointment and in all of our dealings with them.  
Major construction on our street required us to postpone the project until the street was complete and they were very accommodating and communication was always excellent.  Jeff and Carole were also able to run interference with a difficult neighbor, and help us avoid any unpleasant situations.  
Throughout the project the crew arrived as expected.  The crew was pleasant and friendly and left an immaculate work area.  At the end of the job there was no sign of the huge amount of work, except for a beautiful new fence; all the extra dirt and brush was taken away.  
Even at the end of the project 2 caps were missing, and Carole let me know about them before the crew had finished their work.  
It was a very positive experience and we would use them again if necessary.
