Ron was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgable. He was thorough during the initial assessment for the quote and was not a pushy salesman. He was able to explain the cause of the issue and was able to present a reasonable solution within my price range. Although, the price was not the most attractive, I did select LDS based on attentiveness and overall level of service that Ron offerred. During the installation stage, Ron went above and beyond in doing some minor additional repair work needed in the same area where he replaced the picture window. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ron again.

LDS replaced our front window after it was damaged. They were great about contacting us before, during and after the job. They had the materials delivered to our house and communicated with us every step of the way. They were professional, cleaned up the area, and went above and beyond what we expected.

Very Helpful. Upon examination of broken window foam was placed in the window to protect us from cold weather. When LDS called last night to say they would be able to install new glass in window and replace outdated storm windows were very happy. Finished project in 5 or so hours and the windows are easy to use and a great service provided by this company. Thank youl.

Ronnie and Jim showed up on time and got the job done in the time they allotted. When we had questions, Ronnie answered them clearly right away. We are satisfied with the job done and think it will fix our water problem. We were also happy that he was able to fit us in between jobs before it got too cold for a sealant to adhere properly. Ronnie also located another potential problem concerning possible water damage that we will now have a roof professional give us an opinion.

Ronnie was great to work with very professional and talked about all the options. I would use him again and tell my friends about him!

LDS was very prompt and considerate. They called me quickly to schedule and showed up when they said they would. They completed the work very quickly and did an excellent job. They explained all of the work they were doing and why it was important. We would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service and fairly priced. Would use again and plan on calling Ronnie again in the spring for additional work.

Ronnie was always accessible via cell phone. He visited my home and got us a reasonable quote in one day and then completed the work four days before our deadline. Working with Ronnie was an easy and positive experience.
