The contractor was prompt. However, after inspecting the installment after the guy replaced the pane I noticed there was a gap between the frame and pane. The contractor promptly came back after I called and all is well.

great service, only 7 days to replace windows

hired to replace some glass windows in my home. gave a 50% deposit. was told it would be a week before they could order the glass and get back to me. after 3wks I called and asked about the status of the glass. was told they would have the person that installs the glass call me back, which he did. he asked if I was available that day. I told him no but any other day in the next two weeks I am available. he then said he would call me back in the next couple days to get a scheulded date. its been two weeks still waiting.

He left a written detailed estimate and educated me about my window repair. He was flexible when I needed to reschedule, he was prompt, honest and tidy. He was also easy to contact and returned calls/emails in a timely manner. He also had the best price.

LDS provided very efficient and professional service. They contacted us right away and stayed in touch throughout the process. communicated with us every step of the way from the ordering of the window to the actual replacement. I also admit that I put a little pressure on them because I needed to change my broken window very quickly in the last minute and they totally delivered. he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was practically unbeatable and even if they are not the cheapest bid in the future we will definitely go with them again due to the quality of their work.
