They were good and no complaints with the service. They had a reasonable price.

They were on time,professional and they did a good job.

The work itself was fine. It's been several months and no issues. The communication though was awful. Not responsive and poor follow up. Timeliness was pretty bad too. He missed out on a $4k+ follow up job because he just couldn't be bothered to call me back or respond to a text. Hired someone else instead.

He did a great job. They did a great job of matching the color to our main floor. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The verbal estimate was considerably more what I was willing to pay for. It was like $1400. They were the most expensive quote that I got.

These guys were very good and gave me great advice. Not the cheapest, but priced well and the quality was high. They were also very cool about rescheduling when my renovation hit some snags. I'd recommend them to anyone. I found them on Angie's list, so I figure I owe the community a review!

Very responsive to first call, offering initial estimate on the spot. Scheduled work promptly, arrived on time with careful attention to containing dust and fumes in limited area of house. Finished project in two days with good clean-up. Only missing task was wood fill in doorway to dining room. Promised to leave can of filler and must have overlooked this. Nonetheless, we were pleased with the look of the floors and will consider them again in the future.

After a bad experience with another flooring company, who ripped up our floors and then never came back, we contacted Nebojsa. Explaining the situation he came by that same day and gave us an estimate and timeline. He was able to work with us and squeeze us in between other jobs. After our less than impressive dealings with LUNA flooring we were extremely impressed by his responsiveness, work ethic, and punctuality. I couldn't in good consciousness recommend another flooring company.

Nebojsa is a great guy; he did a fantastic job on our floors, which looked like complete crap. Now they look almost new. Nebojsa worked really hard and gave us a great price. He and his guys were very clean and put up barriers to keep dust out of the other rooms which had been recently carpeted. Not a sign of dust anywhere that I could find. And the odor wasn't nearly as objectionable as I had heard.

Our house actually sold in one day, due, in part to professional input from services such as Kovach Flooring.

Nebojsa, the son, came out and made every effort to try to match the wood to what was already down. We came up with a pretty good choice. They installed the floors the same day. The price was easily $1K less than a couple known flooring companies quoted me. I would definitely use this company again.

I cannot say enough good things about Kovach Flooring. First and foremost, they did outstanding work with exceptional attention to detail. They were prompt, responsive, clean and very nice people to work with. As a note, we have pretty high standards and are demanding customers. I highly recommend them and for any future flooring work, they will be the first ones I call.

They are young men, quite professional and dedicated. You can work with them about the price. Overall I'm pretty happy with the quality even though they had a hiccup with veneered angled stairs. I will recommend them and will use them in the future.

Great job! Removal of the old subfloor in the living room proved to be more complicated than expected. The crew was very professional and did a great job. They were trying to match the existing floor in the foyer and got as close as possible. At first, we weren't thrilled with the shininess of the floor. They came back and put another finish coat on, and now we love it! Despite the added work, they stuck to their original price quote. They were very thorough, and explained every step of the process. They kept the work area as clean as possible, and didn't leave us a huge mess to clean up. I would definitely use them again.

Qualtiy of work was excellent our floors are beautiful. This job took much longer than anticipated due to inconsistent crew size, but the work done was high quality matching wood and color which was a challenge given the wood floors in our house are over 100 years old. Job results exceeded our expectation.

We can't say enough complimentary things about the professionalism, craftsmanship and quality that Kovach Flooring demonstrated from start to finish. They were responsive, timely and communicative, and provided us with a very fair price for the labor- intensive work done. They were detail-oriented, and took care not to damage existing work. They took their time to do the job well, and used top quality and durable floor finishes, and cleaned up after the work was finished. These stairs were not easy to work with.They had the original 1920's finish on them, which had become gummy and unstable over time. It took a lot of elbow grease, time, and extra sandpaper to produce great results. They did not let it ruffle them at all. I wish that all the contractors we have used though time could have been such a pleasure to work and had produced such excellent results.

The bedroom floor that was done looks fabulous! They did an amazing job. Stains were removed, and you'd never know they were ever there. Also, the transition piece that Nebojsa made from my front entrance onto my front room floor was beautifully done. He also took care of a few spots on the oak floor in my front room (one small area of cat urine stain, one area where a cleaning solvent ate away the finish of the wood, and another spot of tar). In my dining room there were some spaces between pieces of wood that were filled in so that you wouldn't know they were ever there. The work is top quality and the price is right!

Nebojsa and his team were awesome! We had four estimates and he was competitive with pricing. What I liked most about him from the start was his professionalism and knowledge in his line of work. We have a 1925 home in which the pine was in horrible condition. He gave me a detailed overview of what he would be doing and was very pleasant to speak to and seemed very trustworthy, which for me is important with little children. He was available and flexible as to when we needed him since a foreclosure. The other companies we had come in, were not as verbal with what they would be doing or explained to me what I was dealing with in the home...just not as much knowledge and not as friendly. His team got right to work and did the most amazing job. I had no idea the floors could look that good. Every single inch is perfection. They are very knowledgeable and meticulous and very respectful of your home. I would recommend them over and over and will be doing so. His father has taught him well and he should be and will be a thriving business. People would be crazy not to go with Kovach Flooring. I was blown away with how well it all turned out. Thank you soo much guys! Wish I had more floors for you to refinish! Was such a pleasure getting to meet you. Thanks for making my new home so nice! Sorry about the bathrooms not working. ;)

These guys are honest, responsive, flexible, calm, and very good at what they do. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I had chosen Kovach because the reviews I had read about what a great job they did matching existing wood floors. We took out laminate in 2 bedrooms and installed wood floors but they had to match the existing wood floors in the hallway. Nebojsa and his crew did an AMAZING job! Not only was the color matching almost perfect, the installation job was just beautiful. We really appreciated that Nebojsa was so knowledgeable and was such a perfectionist - he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the job he did. Before we started the job, there was a little lack in communication, but once the job got started - he totally made up for it. He would e-mail/text me of when to expect him. He's really busy right now so he sometimes ran behind, but he always let me know which I really appreciated. The job ran slightly behind schedule , but basically because he wanted it to be right. I had gotten 2 other quotations, and his pricing was right on target. Nebojsa was very professional and a super nice guy! He went above and beyond (shaved down closet doors so they would fit with the new floors and took home a vent to repair for me). I would definitely recommend Kovach Flooring and I would use them again without a doubt.

Everything was excellent. We had to do the job in phases and the guys worked it out very well. We had a very worn and abused hardwood floor in our 70 year old house that they refinished better than new. Mr.Kovach, his son and their workman do an excellent job and were very courteous and helpful making sure that all my furniture had the proper protective pads so they don't scratch the floor. I would highly recommend them.

Try hiring someone who knows how to answer a phone. Totally unprofessional.

Nebojsa and his crew did a great job on our floors. We were very pleased with his communication and accessibility. We had a very short timeline before we needed to get the floors refinished and he accommodated our needs.

Our sons splattered paint (from an art set) all over the floor in the dining room. Since we were unable to remove the paint, we had to refinish the floor. Kovach Flooring did an excellent job. Nabojsa replied to my email quickly. He called me the next day in the morning and was able to come to my home and give me an estimate later that morning. Even though ours was only a small job of one room, Kovach Flooring approached our project with great attention to detail and care. They also sanded and stained the stairs from the dining room to our drop down living room because the stairs were in rough shape after I removed the carpet. They definitely take pride in their work. Their workmen were friendly (especially around our nosy children) and kept the dining room and adjoining rooms clean. I highly recommend Kovach Flooring and would call on them again for any future refinishing services.
