J M IRRIGATION

J M Irrigation should be categorized under thieves, cons and culprits. They talk all sweet and nice but they did not do the work properly and in some cases not at all. The icing on the cake is that instead of standing by their work, or even just doing what I had already paid them to do, they instead sent me proposals and invoices for the work to be done again. This isn't typical irrigation upkeep which I can understand happens, this was blatant repetition. In the beginning I said someone must have wrote something down incorrectly and they said no, not possible. When I showed them the invoices, the came back and said someone must have written something down wrong....seriously???? Their customer service seems nice but it is all smoke and mirrors. Their staff that comes on site doesn't speak english and they do not have a cohesive system behind the scenes to make sure intelligent decisions are made. I can go on and on and am SO FURIOUS I EVEN GAVE THEM ONE PENNY!!!! I am going to be short and sweet here so everyone has the time to read this and assess. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ORGANIZATION WITH YOUR BUSINESS PLEASE!!!!!! You will regret it. It may not be right away...but you will!! Good luck, shop somewhere else!!

THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PERFORM THE EXACT JOB THAT IS EXPECTED. THEY LEAVE MY YARD AND HOME AS CLEAN AS WHEN THEY START THE WORK.

THIS FIRM HAS A TENDENCY NOT TO SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT A PHONE CALL FROM YOU FIRST. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND AGAIN THIS YEAR. WHEN THEY DO SHOW UP, THEIR WORK IS GOOD AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.

GOOD JOB, I AM HAPPY WITH IT.
