I needed a pre-sale home inspection for a home I'll be selling in a few years. I needed to know what to fix now and what to fix prior to sale. Mike (911 Inspection) followed up on emails, came on-time, explained his findings while on-site, and delivered a full report with images and details on what needs immediate attention and what can wait one day after the home inspection. He is highly professional. I highly recommend this company.

Michael was at the property on time and was immediately and fully prepared with any necessary equipment. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of the property first, taking pictures of the property and anything that needed repair. Since it was muddy outside, he had a seperate pair of clean shoes ready to inspect the inside of the property. He had a ladder to climb into the attic. He was very thorough. Once we closed on the property, we invited our GC to do a second inspection and discuss repair, the GC found most of Mike's points.
