I called the company and the woman that answered was rather unsympathetic when i asked why they bring the necessary filter and that it only took him 10-20 minutes , she told me that she would send me the right filter and I could put it in, not really what i would call good customer serivce. But told her to go ahead.. two days later i received a fitler via ups wrong part number and absolutely would not fit as it was long and approx 5x5x5x 21, when i called about mistake same woman i was told well we'll just have to get the rigth one for you i guess Today 12/10/12 I still have not received the correct filter or a call explaiining why but i did receive a bill for 170.00 dollars only thing list is the invoice number 091285 which is for 98.00 I have as of this date call another service and received excellent service and new filter and the probable explaination that Kettman has lost its contract with Trane Ive Kept pictures and the originals of all bills and receipts as well as pictures of the filters

Fixed, only concern was the delay in getting the part, not in stock, they had to search to find one. See detail.

I would recommend them. They do very good work. They are a family owned and a local company right here in Granville. They are very professional and respectful.
