I spoke with the guy April 29th (last friday) to set up an appointment. We arranged for today, Tuesday, May 3rd at 10am. He asked me to text him my address, which I did - along with my cross streets, gate code and the appointment time we'd set up. He messaged me back 6 hours later - but still the same day - "thanks" so I know he received the text. As I did not receive a call yesterday to confirm the appointment, I sent another text this morning at 9:24am asking if we were still on for 10. No response. I waited til 10:05 and called and got his answering machine. I figured he might be in the middle of another cleaning so I waited til 11:05 and tried to call again. Another message machine. Needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I have moved my furniture and made arrangements to have my dogs at the groomer today. I will NOT be using him again!
