I spoke with Austin over the weekend about getting two trees cut down in my backyard. The following Tuesday he came out for a quote. Not only was he able to work with me on the budget but he also was able to get a crew scheduled for the same day! The work was completed in a good time frame and the results were just what I wanted. I am satisfied with this service and will continue to do business with them.

We are having solar panels installed on our roof so we needed to take care of some trees. Mason Tree Services came out Thursday to give us a quote. The weather forecast indicated us getting hit with a snow/ice storm Saturday evening into Sunday morning. To beat the storm, Mason Tree Services was able to come out the very next day. We hired them to take down one tree, top another, and take out 20 shrubs/bushes. There were some unforeseen setbacks (not the fault of Mason Tree Services). While topping the second tree, it was determined it wasn’t trimmed appropriately by the previous owner, causing multiple dead branches in the canopy. Additionally, the center trunk was completely hollow and full of water. Ultimately, the entire tree had to come down, which in turn costed more money. Mason Tree Services gave us a great deal and worked incredibly hard, working a straight 9 hours on Friday to accomplish everything we wanted done. They were also willing to haul off a pile of rotten wood, roughly 20 cinder blocks, and four wood pallets. Once the yard settles and regrows, my yard will look amazing. You can actually see the front of our house. We would definitely recommend Mason Tree Services again. Thank you!

Wanted cash payment. Not good customer service to require that. Wouldn't take a cashiers check either. Was rude when I asked him if he would take a check. Why is that? Needed a separate invoice for the tree take down on the neighbors yard for insurance. Never returned my call.
