Vendor had lost the person to a traffic fatility who specialized in installing systems in Wausau Homes about a week before starting the job on my Wausau Home. Other vendors that I had contacted did not service Wausau Homes, because the air handler is in a cramped area in the ceiling in the center of the home requiring a fair amount of adaptation. The unit Hinrichsen initially brought wouldn't fit. They found an alternate that fit, but did not have the blower control that I wanted. The unit was installed and Hinrichsen discounted the price because the unit didn't have the programmable speed control that we had agreed upon. In April 2011 the unit ran continually, and the service man found a coolant leak. The serviceman told me that newer units were available that had the programmable speed control that would fit. To make a long story short, Hinrichsen installed a new air handler with the programmable speed control at no charge. System has worked flawlessly since.

Overall they were good. They were responsive. The installation crew was easy to work with. They were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

It went fine. We had geo thermal. They new what they were doing. Our furnace is called a water furnace.
