 + 0 moreWent great!!! The crew were on time and did great job. I was very pleased,it was my first time buying a new HVAC systems. Kevin and crew were great. I got a new water heater and whole home humidifier all done at the same time. Everybody was nice and polite. The price was great!! Service was great and crew were great. I would recommend to anyone who asks where I got my HVAC..

Description of Work: Mark was very professional in person and on the phone. He showed up the day and time we set. Upon checking out my cooling system he discovered my coolant had mostly leaked out, using his sophisticated sniffing device. He went and retrieved a large coolant canister and filled my air conditioner. With a handshake and a thank you, he said he'd bill me. Custom Air just sends you an email with a link to your bill via Intuit. You can pay online or print it out and send payment. Very Nice! Very Professional! I will use them in the future!!!

 + -1 moreHere is the bottom line. I had these folks out a week or so ago for an estimate which I got...was happy with but wanted to hold off till spring. Bang....the heat goes out 3 days before xmas. Not good....so I called Kevin W. Hart, the owner who had done the estimate. He came same day and clarified what I already suspected...to repair 300 plus...so I asked can you get the new units in....tomorrow which is Wednesday the 23d?? 20 Mins later I had the answer after he made a few calls and today the units are in on the 23d and running. They showed up at 7:30ish and by 3pm it was all done. Xmas is saved. These guys went above and beyond to get this done...and sent one of their folks to meet the warehouse people half way to get the air unit and humidfier... There are many many businesses that can take a lesson in customer service from this company and specifically...Kevin. With all new Trane equipment I won't be needing Kevin and the crew for some time...but if you need a company that does what they say and say what they do..and makes the price right then this is the one for you.

Description of Work: A/C unit did not show up for initial install date, waited a week for second installation date. One worker wasn't to happy with old furnace removing it, complained quite a bit during installation. Over all did a great job and would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreMark is fantastic... he's kept my old beast of an AC unit running for years very reasonably. He has also performed maintenance work on my furnace and showed me how to clean the burner myself (saving me $$$)/ And he's super quick. The guy is a serious hardworker.

Description of Work: They repaired my air conditioning unit. The had previously installed an air conditioning unit and furnace at my prior residence.
