Description of Work: King Air Conditioning and Heating took out our old system and installed a new 96 or 97% efficient two stage system. Installed new insulated ductwork in the attic, cleaned all air ducts each with it's own programmable thermostat w/humidity control. Their installers arrived each morning at 8:00 a.m. and worked through each day untill 4:30-5:00p.m. untill the job was finished. Very pleasant, professional installers. I chose them because they offered several written options for our house which made it easy to compare and decide what we wanted.

+ -1 moreI signed a contract with them where they do the fall and spring cleaning and inspections. They are very responsive and come out very quickly. They are very efficient. The gentlemen who comes puts covers on his shoes and cleans up after himself. I felt comfortable with him doing my work.
