She was amazing! She definitely exceeded my expectations and did more than what we asked her to do. I will definitely use her again in the future.

They did an excellent job. We are now using them on a regular basis and they come once a month.

Sometimes she'll mop without sweeping first, which leaves an unclean finish once the water dries. But other than that the work was decent. She's often late, however, and is prone to last minute cancellations.

It was okay. We didn't have any problems. She did it adequately. There were no extra charges. She's very friendly. She worked hard. We have a big house so she did a lot of work. She was really into what she was doing.

It turned out good. There was no problem with her. In fact, after I get my kitchen remodeled, I'm going to have her on a permanent basis. She does work for my daughter. Her price depends on how big your house is. When we agreed upon the date, she came. I recommended her to my daughter and she periodically comes and works for her. The price was great. She was good. When she left my home it was very comfortable. She responded right away when I purchased the deal. She maintained what she came to do and she was professional with it.

She was great! Had to reschedule once due to car trouble. She came on time, walked her through our house and came up with a plan. She had great communication and followed up with a text (which I neglected to reply...). Anyway, we'll have her back I'm sure.

It went very well. She did a great job. She's extremely thorough. She honored the big deal price. She most definitely did the work as stated on the coupon.

She does a very good job cleaning, it does take a little longer as she is often by herself. Good for general cleanup.

One lady came out to clean and worked very quickly. She spent about 2-3 hours at my place. She brought her own cleaning supplies. She did a nice job but it was just like how I would the house. I only had her clean the upstairs and where the dogs are located. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Tiffany did a great job. I bought this deal through the website. She took a couple days to respond but she is a one-woman show so I understand. She was able to book the day I requested and confirmed with me the day before. She was a little late but gave me the heads up that it was due to traffic. She first wanted to take a tour to figure out exactly what products she would use to clean the house. She said she could use her own vacuum but explained that it was better to use one that we had in the home to avoid spreading germs and other stuff from other people's homes. She did a great job cleaning and was very thorough. She went over a lot of things twice to make sure that they were in pristine condition. She worked hard to make sure the house looked good. I really enjoyed using her and plan to do so in the future.

It was okay. She only came out once. She did a decent job and gave some advice on house cleaning.

She called right away, showed up on time, and I was very pleased with how clean my house was, especially since I have 3 cats and a dog.

Very pleasant and good cleaning. Tiffany provides her own cleaning supplies, which is very nice of her%3b however%2c I domt care for scented products%2c especially for cooking areas. Her cleaner used for the microwave remained a long time, & still exists with heating. I am not comfortable with the possibility of cleaning chemicals combining with microwaved food. I prefer minimal chemical-based products which I choose. The only other factor I considered in not continuing the service is the cost - $150 per occasion. While the cost isn't unreasonable given the distance Tiffany has to drive to my home, & the built-in cost of cleaning supplies she provides, it is higher than I typically pay. I know she would work with me re: cost, it is a long way for her to drive & pay gas for.

They did not show up and they scheduled it five times. When I called them back, they haven't responded at all. Every single time she emails or text, she'll say it's because of the weather that's why she was not able to come in.

We purchased four hours of housecleaning from ThaCleanupWoman several months back. We've attempted to use the service twice and the provider has cancelled both times. The first she left a message the day prior (unfortunate but understandable); the second she didn't contact us at all, only replying to a text 1 hour after she was supposed to be at our residence that she wasn't coming because she "sprang" her ankle. After losing two full weekend days to scheduling issues my wife and I have decided we don't want the provider in our home.

Overall she cleaned well. She cleaned for 5 1/2 hours. However, she didn't dust the tv in the master bath although she removed my blood pressure record from behind it and put it in a drawer. My biggest complaint was that she moved items from one room to another without asking me. We spent a great deal of time searching for moved items. I even called her at home to inquire about a brand new Mr. Clean eraser that I had just opened that morning and left on the master bathroom sink. She said she left it in a cleaning pail, but I never found it. I believe she threw it away not knowing what it was. She didn't dust under the beds although I asked her specifically to do so because I have COPD and am allergic to dust mites. Because she dusted the telephones with too much pressure, she reset the touch tones and I had to call ATT out to reset them! Many exposed surfaces were not dusted, and mirrors were smeared.She failed to empty wastebaskets in 2 rooms. She obviously needs help in cleaning a large home such as mine with 2500 square feet and 2 levels. I think she was tired when she began to miss cleaning things.

Follow-up: The provider contacted me to reschedule a missed appointment. Tiffany came out and did a great job cleaning. I have no complaints about the quality of her work. Her attention to detail and organization abilities are great. I am very pleased with the work she did in my home. Her service was a big help to a very busy working mom. I think her price is very reasonable and affordable.

I filled out the requested form indicating 2 dates that I could have the work done. Tiffany chose the farthest date out that worked best for her, which was Thursday April 17 at 8 AM. On Wednesday, April 16, at 6 PM I read a text on my phone from Tiffany, indicating that I needed to choose another date because she was unable to make it the next day. Keep in mind that the following Sunday April 20, was Easter and I had friends/family coming over. I called Tiffany and gave her Monday April 28, which she agreed on . I made sure it would be at 8 am also and explained to Tiffany that I worked nights.Tiffany never asked what work I needed to have done. On Saturday evening, I sent Tiffany a text to confirm our appointment. She responded saying that she would have to push back my time to 11:30 rather than 8. I was upset, since she was providing 3 hours of service and it was pushing the work time back into my sleep time. I didn't have a choice in the matter since part of the work that I needed was changing the curtains in my living and dinning rooms. I had the clean curtains ironed and waiting to be hung with her help. The next day while waiting for Tiffany, approximately an hour before her scheduled time, I get a text from Tiffany indicating that she would not be able to make it. Needless to say I had had enough,. Tiffany and I agreed that it would be best for me to have my money returned. I think Tiffany is very unprofessional with the way she handles her business. In cancelling appointments, I feel a phone call rather than a text message is best, ( not everyone has text message). For her not to ever ask what services I needed I felt was odd, since this was the first time I was using her service. She completely disrespected my time, by waiting until the last possible moment to inform me of changes on both occasions. I'll never use or recommend her .

I made an appointment with Tiffaney for her to come and clean. She scheduled March 27, 2014 at 8:00, no one showed. I emailed her about the failed appointment and she said she had a "helper" that was supposed to come. Ok, fine. Rescheduled for April 12, 2014 at 1:00. Again, no show. No need to proceed further.

They did an excellent job. I was thoroughly impressed and will be using her. She went above and beyond what I thought was needed. She had her own supplies and did not need anything. They even stayed a little longer to complete the job. She didn't charge me anything extra.

She started at one end of the house and worked her way through. She dusted, vacuumed, wiped, cleaned, scrubbed and otherwise made my house look great! She even changed the sheets in the bedrooms, and plowed through and cleaned my children's rooms, which were so disastrous I told her to ignore them, but she took them on as a challenge, and for two weeks after she left, my children were still picking up their clothes off the floor out of respect for the cleaning lady! She really did go above and beyond, and stayed an hour later than she had expected, because it was important to her to get things done, not only to my requirements, but to her own. She was very flexible when scheduling, punctual, and very friendly when she got here. I've never had anyone clean my house, and I was afraid of feeling guilty or judged for how messy everything was. This dear woman came into my house and immediately made me feel at ease, didn't judge me and after she left, I had more pride in my home. Thank you so much! I will definitely call again in the future.

It went OK, but I have seen better.

She was okay. She did a decent job. I would call her again if I had to. There are some things I didn't like but I did not tell her. She was very polite. She was punctual. She asked me things she needs to do.

Her personality is perfect for my Mom and I. Her cleaning was just under perfect. She did miss a few things and and the Floors could have been done much better! But she did a lot of things I didn't think of doing! She is coming again!! We shall see what happens. Crestwood, IL

The experience was not good at all, we decided not to use her again. My biggest concern was when she got here, that it was just one person and she used just one rag from my kitchen to my living. When I checked my bathroom, she hadn't cleaned the faucets, they still had the water stains. She was a nice lady. The price of the big deal was great. She responded very fast. We loved the price, and the promptness, and everything prior to her coming was nice, and even when just one person showed up, we said it was fine because we thought she would take longer, but it just didn't work out. She was drinking water and poured it on my floor while talking. We were thinking of using her in the future, but then decided not to.
