+ -1 moreThe dealer who had originally installed the carpet would not even try to locate a match. I was told that if it was older than three years, it was probably discontinued. Since one entire level of our home is carpeted the same, it was important to us to find the match, and Ron did it. His installers were prompt, polite, and they did a nice job. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Ron located carpet to match some which was installed by another dealer several years ago so that we could fix a hall and stairway. He arranged for installers to deliver the carpet promptly and also to repair a second area which needed attention.

+ -1 moreStore has been in the area for years. Decided to try someone local. Called back for one minor cosmetic concern .Problem resolved the next day. We would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Ron at the store was a real pro offering suggestions and answering every question on the spot. He came to measure a few days later and crew was working within a week.Bathroom floor done in one day.
