They removed icemaker, reached behind, changed filter, replaced broken faucet, and reconnected icemaker. The work was done OK and yes, they are very responsive. However the new faucet is not as good as the old one (too small ... and sometimes drips). Yes granted it was an awkward positioning of the faucet behind the icemaker. But the bill is, like, huge. Over $500 for a small faucet. They had quoted $240 and I thought that was high. Over $600 for 2 hours of labor?? Come on guys, this is more than double what I expected. I indicated that I would use them again, and maybe I will, but actually I joined Angie's list so I could shop for better alternatives.

Over all the work was fine.

I've worked with them for 15 years. Tim Dini the manager is amazing. He is very knowledgable as is his staff. Very caring. Great integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Killian initially because I used to use them for work and they were always top quality. However, this time I never could get anyone out here to even give me an estimate. When I called to schedule, they told me that they do estimates in the morning - 10:30 or 11AM. I explained that this was in the middle of my work day, can we schedule late PM? I was told the estimator came back to the office around 3:30 - the person on the phone was CLEARLY not interested in trying to work around my schedule or in the fact that I was going to be doing quite a bit of work with them. I told them that other firms were working with me to try to work out a schedule, he told me they'd call me back. Well, here we are 3 months later, I'm almost finished with my project, and I never heard back. Other vendors hustled to work with me, were cooperative, and now have my business and my loyalty. The other day I sent Killian an email customer comment about this exact issue - and have yet to hear back. I guess they're only interested in doing work for people who don't need to hold a job to pay them for their work.

He does a fine job. He is very responsive and professional.

Very professional and fixed both issues, however it took them a couple of visits to accomplish the job. Labor costs are high but we knew that going in.

They are very good. We have been using them for about 20 years and they are great. They come out very quickly and are a well established company in the north shore area. Their prices are a little on the high side but you definitely get what you pay for, their work is great and they stand by all their work.

We have used them three times in four years and they are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They are very efficient and helpful, once they caught a problem that we didnt even call them out for and they fixed it.

I had an old shut off valve that was leaking. They replaced the valve with a new ball valve.
