Prompt, courteous, business like. Didn't try to up sell. Fixed my shower door efficiently at reasonable cost. Very pleased. Seeing a "senior citizen" many would have been tempted to take advantage by telling me it wasn't fixable and needed replacing. (I knew better). There wasn't a whiff of that here.
