Very pleased with the process and result. It took us a long time to decide on the type and style of siding we needed for our very modern and contemporary house. Our salesperson Angelo was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Crew led by Mark did a terrific job. They were on time, very pleasant and handled any issues that came up quickly. The work site was completely clean at the end of each day as well. Siding looks terrific and have had many, many compliments! Would absolutely use the Siding & Windows group again.

They installed James Hardie siding in a week and it looks amazing. The on-site crew was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone doing this type of siding.

We had our windows replaced by Siding and Windows group. Rocco was our salesman and he was very through and explained our choices. Rocco also promptly answered all of our countless emails during and after the sales process. Their prices were competitive when compared to other well-known windows installers. We chose Marvin windows and Anthony helped us throughout the project and explained additional expenses found in one of the window frame. The installers, Bob and Mark, were friendly and professional and did a great job installing the windows and trimming the interior. Another crew came a couple days later to install the James Hardie exterior trim and they also worked quickly and through rain to finish the job. We are very pleased with the windows and will recommend them to other people we know!

We were so happy with the work that Siding & Window group did on our window & exterior home project. From our initial meetings with Angelo, we knew this was the company that we wanted to go with for our project. Replacing windows is a big project with a lot of decisions and Angelo made it easy to narrow down all the decisions and choices. We also had a unique requests to install vesta siding around the window and Angelo knew immediately what we were going for and was able to deliver on the look that we were going for. The entire team of installers and professionals that helped with our project were awesome. Always on time, willing to go the extra mile and did quality work. I was so happy that we chose S&W group for our project and I would definitely recommend them to friends who were doing a similar project.

The rep. came out twice with samples and gave us a quote. We signed the contract on 11/30/05 to have the work completed. Since we didnt hear from them on when our job would begin, I called them on 1/2/06 to find out. The owner was out of the country. I was told they would begin the job on 1/26/06. Never showed. Finally on 2/9/06 our job was started. The wrong siding was delivered and they did not complete the window trim until after I reminded them it was in our contract on 2/15/06. The job was completed on 2/27/06 to our satisfaction.

THE COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY KEPT ALL APPOINTMENTS, DID A THOROUGH JOB WITH THE ESTIMATE, AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS ABOUT DESIGN AND MATERIALS. THE WORKERS ALWAYS CLEANED UP EACH NIGHT AND DID THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US AS WE WERE GOING IN AND OUT OF OUR HOUSE DURING THIS BIG PROJECT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN THE HOUSE AND EVEN HAD TO LEAVE A KEY WITH THEM SOME DAYS. THEY ALWAYS LOCKED UP AND NEVER LEFT THINGS UNATTENDED. OVERALL, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ALWAYS PAID ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND WERE RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR REQUESTS AND CONCERNS. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WORKED WITH BART, WHO WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FAST AT FOLLOW UP AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

WE WENT TO FOUR DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO GET AN ESTIMATE, BUT THIS COMPANY GAVE ME A REFERENCE LIST OF OVER 140 HOMES THAT THEY WAVE WORKED ON IN OUR AREA, AND INVITED US TO TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR WORK. THEY SHOWED DIFFERENT AWARDS THAT THEY HAD WON, AND SHOWED US THEIR LICENSING UP FRONT. THEY WERE ABOUT $2000 LESS THAN OTHER ESTIMATES. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES EACH DAY. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM, OVERALL.

I CHOSE SIDING GROUP BASED ON A NEIGHBORS RECOMMENDATION. THE WORK THEY DID IS GREAT AND THE WINDOWS LOOK NICE. COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT A STRENGTH. THEY PROMISED A 5 WEEK TURNAROUND FROM ORDER TO INSTALLATION. THE ACTUAL WORK TOOK PLACE OVER 2.5 MONTHS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. THE APPOINTMENT TO MEASURE THE WINDOW OPENINGS (AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED AND DEPOSIT PAID) WAS BLOWN OFF WITHOUT A PHONE CALL. WHEN THEY FINALLY SCHEDULED INSTALLATION, THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CANCEL. I HAD TO YELL AND THREATEN CANCELLATION TO FINALLY GET THE WINDOWS IN. I UNDERSTAND THAT MANY COMPANIES OVERBOOK THEMSELVES AND THEN GIVE THE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER THAT YELLS THE LOUDEST. KEEP THIS IN MIND IF YOU CHOOSE THEM. IN THE END THE WORKMANSHIP LOOKS GREAT.
