STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional service. First, they tried to upsell me when in site even though I got a quote in advance. Second, they told me they would be ready in a week in a week. That would be bad enough but I was moving and now that I moved they won't return my rugs unless I pay them an extra $150! They will soon be finding themselves in court but save yourself the energy and go somewhere else, anywhere else, and stay for away from these jokers!

I would recommend them. They were actually on time, they were pretty good on that.

They cleaned the entire empty house. They cleaned the carpet in the basement. As a matter of fact the first time we used them was when we were having our kitchen remodeled in the condominium . We had them take our area rug and clean it and then just hold onto it until we were done remodeling. This was actually a repeat for us. The workers were wonderful.

Since I am writing this review in November of 2015 I do not remember the total cost which is why I chose N/A and didn't put an actual dollar amount in that field. They did a fantastic job, that I remember. The previous owner had a large dog who liked the downstairs and the master bedroom. They paid particular attention to the areas where there were pet stains and I think they probably went over all the carpet at least twice. They did succeed in getting out a lot of stains and after a couple weeks the house no longer smelled like wet dog. We were very happy with their service.

They came out as soon as well called and gave us a quote right away. They showed up when they supposed to and did their work. They were pleasant and responsive when I had questions afterward. Their pricing was reasonable.
