SCHLOSS COMPANY

Despite having drainage installed in my back yard I was still experiencing flooding in parts of my back yard. After inspecting my back yard, Eric Schloss appeared to understand the problem and made some suggestions on how he could fix the problem. After his team started working on the yard he noticed that the original solution wouldn't work as originally planned and contacted me to discuss an alternative which they completed. So far everything has worked and I haven't had any more flooding. Additionally they removed a number of surface tree roots that were creating a hazard and reseeded. The yards never looked better.

Eric came out to look at our property. We discussed ideas for the yard. He asked me to contact our architect and have a drawing of the property emailed to him, which was done. I waited a couple of weeks to hear from him, as he said he'd have to come back and measure the property before starting to work on a landscaping plan. I did hear from his assistant who said that Eric was busy and would be over within 2 weeks to do the measuring. That's the last I heard from them. No measuring, no phone call to explain or to set up an appointment, nothing. I wasted about 2 months waiting for him to show up, and I wasted my time and my architect's time sending him a plan of our property. If he didn't want to do the job, I'd really have appreciated having him tell me that so I could go on to another company. Now it's pretty late in the year and we're talking about doing the work next Spring now rather than this fall. What a waste of my time!
