Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson installed 13 windows and a large bay window in my house. They also installed 3 doors, of different sizes and areas in my home. I would totally recommend them for their great products, installations and above all professionalism.

Description of Work: Replaced 13 custom wood windows including all new molding on the interior. The crew was professional and on time. Finished the job in less than a day. Refinished came and matched the stain to the color of my choosing. Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. A wonderful experience.

Description of Work: They have replaced all of our upstairs windows and one patio slider door. Not only did they do a very profesional job they also installed aluminum around the outside of the window which means no painting ever-just wash twice a year and you are done. |The amount above is for our last installation of 3 windows (sliders) and our sliding glass patio door.

Description of Work: They replaced 28 windows at our condo (our floor only) in ONE day with NO glass breakage, not even sawdust on the lawn where they had spread a tarp to catch their sawings. WOW! So quiet now that we did NOT hear the Air & Water show inside, rarely heard thunder unless we were near a window we hadn't replaced like the little one in the bathroom.

Description of Work: A total of 26 window pains and 3 patio doors were removed, replaced and insulated in 1 day with high quality Anderson units. The 2nd day, the interior casings were installed. The 3rd day the units were stained. This was accomplished as promised and on time. Cleanup daily and removal of old materials was accomplished in a very good fashion. They deserve the highest rating!

Description of Work: Most everything went well. However, there were a couple of delays for my front door. Explanation was that the side lights and/or piece over the door twice was damaged in the factory. They gave me a refund of $1,000 for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the product and service was top rate. When I have called for service to check on something, they respond pretty quick.

Description of Work: i call for an appointment and the person on the phone made a point of saying that i need to have my husband attend. I told them that I would be by myself for the appointment. Then I had them come out for an estimate. The sales person called at the time of the appointment to tell he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived 30 minutes late. He was professional at first. But once ,I told him that I would be taking my time to make a $29,000.00 purchase. He got snappy and said that's why they need both owners there for the appointment. I don't believe that anyone would purchase something for $29,000.00 without checking other vendors.and reviews. I know that I would not purchase anything from a company that does not respect there customer.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows and replaced front door and back door. When buying Andersen you are buying the name. Their products are not cheap, but the warranties and service are second to none! My electric and gas bills have been cut dramatically from the installation of the new windows and doors! All be it an expensive project, I believe the Andersen products have increased the value of my home.
